To register for Camping in the Zone:
Review the camp listing and decide which camps to register for. Then go to the link for Camping in the
Zone registration (accessible through the POPCS website at www.popcs.org). The on-line registration
form must be completed in full. Select your camps by finding the appropriate week and then selecting
from the drop down box.
The non-refundable registration fee of $10 is payable once per child when you register, regardless of the
number of camps enrolled in or if camps are added at a later date. Camp fees are paid upon registration
and are refundable up to one week before the start date of the camp. Enrollment will be accepted until
the start date of camp, or until the camp fills.
Some camps have discounted fees for the 2nd child in the same family. If that is the case, please register
the 2nd child for the camp fee marked “sibling rate”.
Children who are also enrolled in Summer in the Zone full day care will be picked up by the camp
instructors and taken to their specialty camp. The camp instructor will bring students back to Summer in
the Zone. Students who are attending a specialty camp on days that Zone students are on a full day field
trip will go to their camps; a Zone teacher will be on site to take care of the students who return to
Summer in the Zone for the rest of the day.
To add a camp after registering on-line, contact Meredith Brady at 972-598-1106 or
[email protected].
Should there be insufficient enrollment, a camp may be cancelled. Upon cancellation, parents will be
notified immediately. Camp fees will be refunded in full or credited towards another Camping in the Zone
Camp or Summer in the Zone (full day camping).
Prince of Peace Christian School reserves the right to deny acceptance of campers.
