“The Santa Run 2013” Enormity is an unfunded, independent teenage committee based in Ulverstone, now in its 17th year. The Santa Run is the group’s main fundraiser, though it has always had a charitable alignment and this year Camp Quality has been chosen to benefit. The Santa Run is a world wide festive fun run where participants don Santa suits and complete a 5km run, walk or stroll. There is also a 2km Santa’s Little Helper Run. The registration fee for the Santa Run is $35 including a full Santa suit. Little Helpers can register for $10 including their Santa hat. How does Camp Quality benefit? Simply choose Camp Quality on your Santa Run Registration Form and $3 will automatically be donated to Camp Quality from your fee. You can also use the run to fundraise for Camp Quality – seeking donations from family, friends and work colleagues, which you donate directly to Camp Quality. Enormity will not be accepting funds raised on behalf of Camp Quality. Terms & Conditions  The Santa Run is an event organised and managed by Enormity, Ulverstone. Camp Quality is a beneficiary charity for the event and is in no way responsible for management or organisation of the event or liable for any matters arising from the management or organisation of, or participation in the event.  Fundraisers must be aware of their responsibilities under the Charitable Fundraising Act (or equivalent) in their state. Please contact your local Camp Quality office for more details.  All monies collected must be accurately recorded by the Fundraiser as outlined by the Charitable Fundraising Act in your state and presented to Camp Quality. Camp Quality will then issue a receipt in the name of the person/activity/event. If your activity/event incurs expenses, Camp Quality will provide you with a Budget Template for completion. (Accounting of all income and evidence of all associated expenditure incurred in this fundraising effort MUST be documented)  Camp Quality is registered under the Charitable Fundraising Act. Individual receipts for tax deductions for attendee/ supporters of the activity/event will only be issued by Camp Quality if a general donation of $2.00 or more is made. When the attendee/supporter has given money in return for goods or services, a tax-deductible receipt cannot be issued. Camp Quality cannot issue any receipts until the funds are deposited into the Camp Quality account.  As unlikely as it is to happen, Camp Quality reserves its right to withdraw its approval for the activity/event at any time if it appears that the Fundraiser is failing to adhere to any of the above terms and conditions.
