Design: graduation 0.01 mm
Application: to ascertain deflections on crankshafts.
Description of function: the device is used in between two centres arranged at opposite crank arms. On
turning the crankshaft by 180°, the pointer deflection points to a misaligned bearing. The dial gauge is kept
in the vertical position by a counterweight on the rear side, so that one can constantly read from above.
Delivery: complete with dial gauge in wooden case.

Application:
Used to measure the thickness of leather, cardboard, paper, felt, rubber, glass, foil, plywood, plastics, metal sheets etc. The curved parts of the thickness gauges
are made of aluminium and are guaranteed to be very handy to use, even when the curves are extended to great lengths. The gauge slide shape is adapted to
suit the materials being measured and can be selected in accordance with the drawings below.
Design:
•0.1 mm graduation; one revolution of the hand = 10 mm on the display range
•0.01 mm graduation; one revolution of the large hand = 1 mm on the display range
•0.01 mm digit increment in the version with an electronic dial gauge
No. 33185 is a pocket thickness gauge in a compact form
Note:
The devices from 200 mm bracket depth and scale division value of 0.1 mm are delivered with a set-up device, so that their stationary use is possible.

Application: for the centre determination of holes, shafts, centring tips to the working spindle
Description of function:
The revolving probe forms one unit with the working spindle axis. The dial gauge is prevented at the rotation
by a stop bar arranged on the rear of the dial gauge. Through the built-in overload safety clutch, a considerable insensitivity against damage is obtained.

Design:
The CENTRICATOR dial gauge remains positioned in the direction of the user's view during the rotating measurement process. It is held in place by magnets (no
support rod required). This ensures effortless observation of the dial gauge and precise positioning of the working spindle. Centring units can be used horizontally
and vertically.
Application:
For precise centred positioning of the working spindle based on bore holes, shafts, plane faces, reference edges or recesses, as well as concentricity tests of
working spindles. Can be used on milling machines, lathes and boring machines and systems – in both conventional and CNC operation.
Advantage:
Any axis displacement between the clamping shank and the working spindle will have no effect on the result of the measurement, since the revolving probe and
the working spindle form a single unit.
No. 33400 model CO: The probe direction is set by a rotary switch. The probe with adjustable angle is applied to the test face when the switch is pressed. Then
the measurement is performed. With attachment for different clamping shanks (additional accessories required, see No. 33412).
No. 33405 model CO-S: As model CO, however with cylindrical clamping shank Ø 16 mm.
No. 33410 model C III: The probe direction is set automatically by the device. To facilitate easier handling and to extend the range of application, the measurement head can also be moved and clamped horizontally along a slide. The measuring force can be adjusted for centring tasks with probe extensions.
With attachment for different clamping stems (additional accessories required, see No. 33412).

The a internal precision measuring device is auto-centred by spring bearing centring plates in the
hole. Shuttling the device around in the hole makes it possible to precisely determine the repeatable point

series SU
Measurement tools
Application:
The SUBITO SU can be used to measure the diameters of bore holes precisely using the 2-point measuring
procedure. Ease of handling and the highest measuring precisions are features that set the SUBITO apart.
Advantages:
The precision of an internal comparative measuring device is clearly indicated by a high level of repeatability. For SUBITO SU, that figure is within 0.5-1.5 m, depending on the size of the device. The deviation
in linearity along the entire measurement path of the moving bolt is less than 2-3 m, depending on the
size of the device.The movable micrometer bolt is carbide-tipped as a standard feature.The special
SUBITO INVAR pipe (special nickel alloy) guarantees the least possible thermal expansion caused by hand
heat or high ambient temperature.

Based on the SUBITO internal precision measuring instrument No. 33520-33521, a modular system has
been developed which covers larger measuring ranges through the use of replaceable measuring
heads.
Repeat precision 0.0005 to 0.0015 mm, depending on the size of the instruments. Exchangeable bottom
parts, clear point of reversion, large measuring depth for small boreholes.
All the devices can be used together with dial gauges, precision pointers No. 33160 and electronic length
probes with a stem Ø of 8 h 6.

SUBITO internal fine measuring devices for internal toothing
series KT
Application:
For measuring the pitch circle diameter via the test measurement M (DIN 5480 and others) on internal
toothing with an odd or even number of teeth, with straight or slanted tooth forms, such as involute
toothing.
Design:
The assembly is similar to the SUBITO standard device No. 33521 with stepped measuring discs for holding
the interchangeable carbide measuring ball discs. The available ball diameters are 1-15 mm, in increments
of 0.001 mm. Application range: Ø 8-250 mm. Also available for larger diameters on request.
Delivery:
Device holder with moving probe bolts, exchangeable gauge slides, measuring discs, a wooden case,
without spherical inserts. Probe bolts and gauge slides with an inside thread for screwing in the spherical
inserts.

SUBITO instruments are set to the requested set point measurements quickly and precisely with
parallel gauge blocks.
Setting cheeks made of hardened steel, fixed and loose carbide measuring arms and lapped to gauge block
quality.
To make adjustments, the two measuring arms are set against the gauge block or gauge block combination.
This gauge block unit is inserted into the slot of the ESU traverse. A lever clamps the gauge block unit with
reproducible measuring force.
Advantage: Horizontal and vertical setting options.
