General
Down below you will find general information about submitting your advertising material. Please contact us in advance about
your intention of advertising. Let us know if you have any suggestions about the way you would like to draw the attention by
advertising.
Delivering
It speaks for itself that we need to have the advertising material (in good order) in our possession before the latest deadline.
We cannot take responsibility for placing an order for which we have not received materials before the ultimate deadline. In that
case we would like to refer you to the ‘Terms and conditions for advertising in Voetbal International’.

Delivery of material to Voetbal International
Delivery of digital advertising materials need to be done by the standard ‘Certified PDF tijdschriften Nederland’.
The websites of the Group Publiekstijdschriften (www.tijdschriften.nl) and KVGO/OPPO (www.oppo.nl) will inform you about the
Certified PDF-standard and will offer you the possibility to download the profiles (with instructions).
For a correct placement the digital document must be provided with a representative digital hard copy.
Costs caused by delivering irregular material will be recharged.
Voetbal International does not take responsibility for advertising placements of which the material has not been delivered by the
standard of ‘Certified PDF tijdschriften Nederland’.
Replacements
Last placement
In case of an order for replacement, we will use, unless we hear different from you, the material which we used with the latest
placement. We will use the present colour proof.

Delivery of advertising material by FTP
For the delivery of advertisements larger than 5 MB you can use FTP.
Please follow the instructions down below.
1. G
o to http://media.vi.nl. Fill in the next fields:
User’s name (Login ID): Advertentie_VI
Password: viadver
2. You will see the screen down below, you do not have to fill in anything here.
Click on Upload to continue.
4. Select the to be delivered file and click on Start upload.

General guidelines special advertising options
• I f you would like to make use of the special options in Voetbal International, please contact us way in advance.
Only then and when you follow the procedure down below, we can guarantee you a correct production of advertorials.
•A
fter receiving the necessary examples, we will inform you after a test about the options of your reply- card, stickers or
attachments. The examples must make clear, what you want concerning size, paperweight and way of folding. It also must be
clear if we are speaking of a head- or tale-cut and if you have taken thought of the necessary turnover.
•D
elivering ready-made material to the printing-office must be done at least 10 working-days before appearance with on the
letter of contents: the name of the advertiser, magazine, edition and sender. At the same time you need to send a copy of this
letter of contents and 10 examples of your expression to the media-order-department of Voetbal International.
• Y ou can check the needed circulation, the address of the printing-office and the required way of delivery with us.
•U
sing a part of the circulation is an option. The selection within the subscription-circulation will be done based on
postal codes. The minimum order is 10.000 copies.
•V
oetbal International can also take care of printing your reply-cards, attachments and stickers. Rates can be inquired.

Rates special advertising options
On the next page you will find the rates for special options in our magazines.
These rates are based on ready-made delivery to the printing-office and any technical costs are excluded.
The rates for the reply-cards are for the size of 15 x 10 cm (width x height) with a paper of 120 grams of wood free-offset or wood
free matted mc. Any other size and/or paper can have a different rate.
In case of a tag, scented card, stitch folder or sachet, you must order a 1/1 advertising page.
When you use only a part of the circulation, there is an extra charge of 25 % of the price of 1.000 copies (minimum order 10.000
copies).
Postal charges
The prices mentioned for attachments and brochures are also excluding postal charges for the subscription-circulation.
It depends on weight and the total circulation of the attachment or brochure.
Attention!
• We calculate extra charges in case of samples or products.
• A brochure can not be larger, thicker or heavier than the magazine.

in the form of digital files conforming ta a standard called: Certified PDF tijdschriften Nederland. The Certified PDF document should only contain
CMYK items! And cutting signs for all ads. For more information: Media Order Department (0182) 599 377.
Extra costs incurred because of unfinished advertising material will be charged against cost price.
Insertions & special units
A variety of special advertising unites are available, including multi-page sections, multi-page detachable units, gatefolds, cards, sachets, scented
cards. Please consult our Advertising Department.
