Kolhapur Industrial Expo 2014
The Leading Industrial & Machinery Trade Fair
only after submitting exit pass in two copies duly signed by the organisers. The work of
removing the light weight exhibits from the venue must be completed before 11 pm on
17th Dec. 2014. & heavy exhibits must be removed between 9 am to 3 pm on 18th Dec. 2014.
Removal or delivery of exhibits / material is not permitted during the exhibition days/hours.

Booth allotment letter will be issued to all the participants a week before the exhibition.
It is mandatory to produce this letter at the Organisers Office to enable you to take the
possession of the stall. Booth allotment letter will be issued against no dues.
Participants are requested to clear off their dues well before the exhibition.

Shell scheme booth exhibitors can commence moving in there materials & setting up their
booths on 13th Dec. 2014 by 10 am. Booth set up must be completed by 7 am on 14th Dec. 2014
Compressed air connection will be given at an extra cost. Please refer form no.4
Compressed air requirement forms alongwith cheque / D.D. should be submitted by
14th Nov. 2014.
5. SHELL SCHEME BOOTH PACKAGE
13. TEMPORARY STAFF / HOST / HOSTESS
The shell scheme booth will be constructed of Octonorm system having side & rear panels.
Please see the drawing on page no.2
Stand Host / Hostesses can be provided. For details refer form no. 5.
Exhibitors requiring heavy electrical load (3 Phase Connection) for their machines should
submit such requirements to the organisers by 14th Nov. 2014. Please refer form no.3
14. SECURITY
Exhibitors will be provided with the following furniture & fittings free of Cost
Although strict security arrangements will be provided at the exhibition venue, If any
exhibitor requires extra security for their stall kindly fill in form no. 6. & submit

Orient Marine Lines Pvt. Ltd. is the sole Official site handling agency. please refer form no.7
for their details. Please note that no agency other than Orient Marine Lines Pvt. Ltd. will be
allowed to operate the handling / clearing job inside the exhibition venue. Any forwarder may
deliver to the doors of the hall, but only Orient Marine Lines Pvt. Ltd. must handle it from
there to the booth., unless the items can be hand carried. This regulation will be strictly
enforced

17. EXIT PASS FORM
The shell scheme package will also include Carpeted wooden Flooring, Fascia Board with Co.
Name & Booth No., Free listing in exhibition directory, Booth assembly & dismantling.
Please submit the Exit Pass form in triplicate before 3 pm on 17th Dec. 2014. to the
organisers. Please clear your all dues before submitting the Exit pass form.
6. POSSESSION OF BARE SPACE
18. INSURANCE
Bare space exhibitors can commence moving in their materials & setting up their booths
on 12th Dec. 2014 from 10 am onwards. Trucks coming from outstation & carrying the material
for bare space site will not be allowed to off-load material inside the venue before 9 am on
12th Dec. 2014. Construction of raw space stand must be finished by 7am on 14th Dec. 2014,
Entry to the venue will be allowed on non exhibition days only to the exhibitors, official booth
contractors & their personnel.
PLEASE INSURE ALL YOUR GOODS BEFORE EXHIBITING. Organsiers are not
responsible for damage, pilferage or any other loss during transportation & handling at
the exhibition
19. ADMISSION
The exhibition will be open to the trade visitors by invitation or spot registration.
7. BARE SPACE PACKAGE
Bare space exhibitors will get: Marked raw space with carpeted flooring, free listing in the
exhibition directory. No furniture / electrical fittings will be provided. Additional power will be
available on chargeable basis.
20. EXTRA ACCESSORIES ALTERATION
Under no circumstances will the Exhibitor be permitted to alter their extra requirements
after the due dates / at the Venue site
8. REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS
Exhibitors are allowed to remove the exhibits from the booths only after official closure of
the exhibition. i.e after 6 pm on 17th Dec. 2014. Goods may be taken out of the venue

GENERAL INFORMATION & GUIDELINES
21. EXHIBITORS NAME ON FASCIA
Naked lights are not allowed in the stand.
In the shell scheme the exhibitors name will be put up on the fascia with maximum
25 characters. No logo and other communication will be allowed on the fascia. If the name is to be
changed after it is displayed on the fascia, additional Rs. 500/- will be charged
If audiovisual equipment is used in the stand, the sound level should not disturb adjoining
exhibitors.
22. CAFETERIA
Cafeteria will be located within the venue. A variety of snacks / meals & beverages will be
available on direct payment basis.
23. FOR ALL EXHIBITORS
Grouting & digging of floors or walls is not allowed. Raised wooden platforms, not more than
4 inches in height may be allowed.
Painting or nailing (and use of screws) on the plywood partition supplied under the shell
scheme is prohibited. Photographs, charts etc., may be fixed with adhesive tape or
suspended from a nylon thread with the help of clamps (cyma hooks) hooked to the top
horizontal channel.
Exhibitors should endeavor to maintain a high standards of cleanliness, avoid littering & take
all necessary care not to disturb neighbouring exhibitors.
24. FORCE MAJEURE
The exhibition my be cancelled, postponed, shortended or extended due to any cause
whatsoever outside the control of the organisers. The organisers shall not be responsible for any
loss sustained by the exhibitor, directly or indirectly, attributable to the elements of nature,
force majeure which includes strike, lockout, closure, riots or orders and directives imposed by
any governmental authority. In the event of such circumstances the organisers decision will be
final on all commercial and non- commercial aspects.
25. UNFORESEEN OCCURRENCES
In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these Rules & Regulations, the decision of
the Organsiers shall be final
