March 2004 We are thrilled to announce that Baywood Homes will be hosting our 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament and we would like to personally invite you to join us on this very special and very exciting day. The tournament will be held at the Baywood Golf & Country Club and Marlwood Golf & Country Club, both in the heart of Wasaga Beach. The Baywood course is a links-style course with a Scottish manner, and includes an island green on Hole #5. Marlwood is a mature course with a newly designed back-nine. Amenities at Marlwood include a pool (so don’t forget your Speedo!), patio, dining facilities, showers and lounge. The festivities will take place on Friday, August 13, 2004. Not only will you get to play on one of these challenging courses - you will enjoy free gifts, spectacular entertainment and superb food as well. There will be some great contests and draws to look forward to as well. We surprised everyone last year with the first ever HOME-In-One Contest – a Hole-In-One for a new Baywood home valued at $300,000! And we are really excited to announce that we will be hosting our second HOME-In-One Contest for a new Baywood home along with a couple of Hole-In-One Contests for some great cars! So, get out there and perfect your drive! You might be one of this year’s Hole-In-One Contest winners! If you attended last year’s tournament, you will no doubt remember the amount of fun had by all (see enclosed photos!). Whether it was one of the Hole-In-One Contests for a Baywood Home or a BMW, the incredible day of golf, delicious food, free massage or our sports celebrity emcee Spider Jones, it proved to be a memorable day for golfers, sponsors and associates. And the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital was thrilled with the $20,000 raised that day. We realize, it might be difficult to top last year’s tournament but I assure you, we are up for the challenge. In fact, ED THE SOCK has already confirmed his attendance!
