I. Competition rules:
The competition follows the International Tournament Rules for Casting Sport (ICW 2013) of
the ICSF.
Organizer accepts no responsibility for any accidents.
1. Individual events are open to male and female competitors. National Federations can
sign-up 3 girls and 6 boys maximally.
2. The national teams consist of:
- 2 girls
- 4 boys.
Competition participation fee is € 300 per person.
Competition participation fee includes:
 3 nights accommodation in Hotel Krn (double or triple rooms)
 3 breakfasts in hotel
 2 lunches in Sports centre
 2 dinners in hotel
 Closing banquette in hotel
The protest fee is € 50. You can submit a protest not later than half an hour after each
discipline’s end.

II. Competition
The competition will take place at the Sports centre Brajda in Tolmin, at the main football
stadium. The sports centre provides all the necessary facilities. Four tracks for each discipline
will be prepared as well as covered stands for the participants. The stadium is also equipped
with sanitary facilities.
The Sports centre is located only 100 m from the hotel.

III.
Accommodation
Hotel KRN is expecting you in the old town centre of Tolmin, set up in a part of the former
Coronini mansion. It was named after the mountain rising 2244 m above the left bank of the
river Soča, one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe. The hotel offers its guests a nice and
friendly atmosphere, provides a comfortable place to rest and excellent food. In an arched
castle cellar from the 17th century you can experience the atmosphere of the times of castles
with an excellent choice of wine or home-brewed beer, made according to ancient recipes.
All rooms are equipped with free Wi-fi.
Free parking is available near the hotel.

You can reach Tolmin from different directions. By our opinion the best and shortest one
would be (from Austria): (A2); Graz - Klagenfurt – Villach – Tarvisio (Italija) – pass Predil –
Bovec – Kobarid – Tolmin.
