IMPORTANT NOTES
The installation of your Hardless Water Purifier must comply
with federal, provincial, state, municipal and local laws
and regulations.
The warranty is only in effect if the Hardless is installed by
a licensed plumber or a GRY Authorized Agent.
You will hear a whistle from your Hardless to let you know that
it is time to replace the cartridge. This will be anywhere from 6
months to a year depending on your water usage. Please only
use our cartridges as we cannot guarantee the water quality
with other cartridges, and using a different manufacturer’s
cartridge will invalidate the warranty.
The drainage handle needs to be opened once a month
(for 30 seconds) to wash and clean the system.
Do not use water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown
quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
