July and 4. August 19.00 Meeting point: The old Town Hall, Storegade 30, Aabenraa (german language) On the occasion of the 150th anniversary you are being told the history about 1864 from Aabenraas point of view. It was here where the Prussians had their head quarter for several months. Both the Danish minded and the German minded were deeply torn in their expectations for the future of duchy of Slesvig and they tried differently to influence the course of events.
