Preface
Dear all Exhibitors,
First of all, we sincerely welcome you to participate in this exhibition. In order to ensure
all exhibitors get timely, perfect and considerate service, ensure that the exhibition could
be finished successfully in a good order, we compile this Exhibitor Manual for all
exhibitors to refer and comply.
Please carefully read this manual in order to be familiar with the exhibition program and
do some relevant preparation works in advance. The exhibitors should fill in the relevant
forms according to your own needs, and send the forms to to the servicers within the
stipulated deadline through fax, e-mail or mail. All forms' effective is same as that of a
contract once exhibitors sign for confirmation.
If some information and services are not included in this Exhibitor Manual, please
contact us. We will try our best to provide you with assistance or instructions. During the
exhibition, please directly contact with the designated agent or field offices.

4. Exhibition Schedule
4.1 Exhibitors’ registration:
Time: April 7, 2014 (9:00-17:00)
Address: 6 East Beisanhuandong Rd., Chaoyang District, Beijing China
Register situation: To southern side of exhibition center’s No.1 Main Door, (small white building)
Ticket Service reception window, register and manage relevant procedures and documents, the
exhibitors should bring business card.

4.2 Deoration Time:
Time for Space construction and decoration:Apr.6,2014(9:00--17:00) and Apr.7,2014(9:00--21:00)
Time for Booth decoration:Apr.7,2014 (9:00--18:00)
4.3 Exhibition Time(Apr.8-10,2014)
8:30a.m---open the hall (only for exhibitors)
(The exhibitors should enter the hall in time, then please keep at least one person on the booth, in
order to avoid the loss of exhibits)
9:00a.m --- 16:00p.m Visiting time for professional visitors
16:00 p.m --- the visitors stop entering(start to clean the hall)
17:00p.m --- the hall will be closed (stop offering the electrics)
4.4 Move-out Time
At15:00p.m (April 10, 2014) , the exhibitors start to move out, finished before 21:00. Before 12:00, the
organizing committee can not make move-out procedures for exhibitors (in order to keep the whole
exhibition images, moving out in advance will be stopped).

By Taxi: At about ¥50.
By the Airport Shuttle Bus: You may take the Airport Shuttle Bus at ¥16.- and get off at San Yuan Qiao Station,
then change Bus No.300 or No.830, get off at Jing An Zhuang Station ( a stop close to CIEC).
By bus: You may take Bus No.20 (Capital Airport-Dong Zhi Men) at Bus Stop Jing An Zhuang to the Capital Airport.
Driving: You may drive southeast along the Beisanhuan East Road and go straightly about 1.8 kilometers to the
Airport Highway. After about 18 kilometers'drive, you will arrive at the Capital Airport.

Part II
Rules and Regulations
If you have any questions with the following terms, please contact the Organizing Committee and explain the
reasons. Otherwise, it will be considered that exhibitors have read and also accepted the terms mentioned in this
manual.
1. How to get the booth
1.1 After getting your Application Form, our Organizing Committee wil keep the booth for exhibitors for some time.
Only when we received the exhibitors' payment within deadline time, could the exhibitors get the booth and become
our real exhibitor. The confirmed booth in principle no longer changes. But in order to keep the exhibition go on
successfully, the organizing committee keeps the rights to make some changes if necessary. Also If really this problem
happens, we will advice and communicate with the exhibitor in advance. Hope you could understand that.
1.2 All exhibitors are required to paid full cost in time by March 10, 2014. If overdue, the Organizing Committee will
think you will quit the exhibition and have rights to cancel your confirmed booth, also not return your paid money.
2. Professional Visitors’ Invitation
2.1 The exhibition’s sponsor, organizer and exhibitors will invite the professional visitors and give them the visitor
tickets. The professional visitors should take the ticket or use business card to register to enter the exhibition center.
2.2 The organizing committee will provide the exhibitors with some free tickets, in order that the exhibitors could
invite their professional visitors. The exhibitors should submit the requirements for tickets before March 1, 2014 if
you need them.
3.Requirements for participation and exhibits
3.1 Without the permission of the organizing committee, the exhibitors can't transfer any part of the booth to a third
party.
3.2 Exhibitors shall not show or display any exhibits nothing to do with exhibition. All goods, materials or services
displaying shall comply with the law and conform to relevant national standards.
3.3 Exhibitors shall ensure that its exhibits comply with related safety standards and environmental protection
regulations of the state; can not endanger personal safety or cause damage to the environment during the exhibition;
ensure that the displaying things does not infringe any other party or rights related to patent, trademark, copyright and
intellectual property rights; can't have any tag and text to damage the interests of the Chinese.
3.4 As exhibitors break the above guarantees, the organizing committee reserves the right to terminate its participation
qualifications, and you should immediately leave the exhibition and withdrawal all exhibits (The organizing committee
is not responsible or claims for damages).

4.The exhibits’ transport and store of empty containers
4.1 The empty containers, excess material or other items shall be stored in the booth channels and fire channel. If you
need store something, please contact the designated transportation company.
4.2 If your exhibits need transportation, please contact the designated service company, and not believe in acting
transport company, in case be deceived
5. Exhibits and property’s safety
5.1 Exhibitors should be responsible for looking after your exhibits and belongings; The Organizing Committee
reminds the exhibitors in transportation, loading and unloading of exhibits should be careful, avoiding the damages
and losses; Increase vigilance during the exhibit in case exhibits and portable valuables were stolen.
5.2 After closing the hall everyday, do not leave the cameras, laptops and other valuable thins in the hall to avoid the
loss.
5.3 The Security Personnel reserve the rights to check your belongings when you enter or exist the hall, please
cooperate with them.
5.4 During the exhibition, if happening the theft loss and human destroy, the Organizing Committee will assist the
public security department to investigate and deal with.
5.5 Prohibit bringing inflammable and explosive dangerous goods into the exhibition center.
5.6 About insurance liability of exhibition, the exhibitors decide the insurance formalities to insurance company by
yourself.
6. Regulations about advertisements on the exhibition
6.1 The exhibitors is forbidden posting the advertisements or make promotion in other public space except showing
your products on your booth. But in order to help the exhibitors advertise, you could give out some relevant publicity
materials to the visitors.
6.2 When the exhibitors play TV materials, the position, content and volume can not disturb other visitors and
exhibitors. The volume can not exceed 70 decibel, or the organizing committee reserves rights to stop it.
6.3 The content of audio-visual presentation must be healthy and legal, not play the contents nothing to do with the the
exhibits. If the video’s material are not appropriate to play, the organizing committee have rights to stop, and the
exhibitors can not resist.
7. Exhibitor Catalogue
7.1 The exhibitors could free publish 300 words about company introduction in Chinese and English Language on
Exhibition Catalogue. Please send the Catalogue Register Form to the organizing committee before March 15, 2014. If
later, not publish.
7.2 The exhibitors who publish color advertisements should submit a CD and electronic edition to organizing
committee. If you ask the organizing committee to help you make, you need pay $200/page (size:

7.3 The Exhibitors should provide clear and real material, also be responsible for it.
8. Dismantle
8.1 All the participating companies should arrange the dismantle details according to the exhibition schedule, and
follow the direction of exhibition organizer.
8.2 All the exhibitors should clear the attached things on the board and keep them original clean.
8.3 All the exhibitors should take the exhibits out of the hall with out-going items signed by organizing committee, or
all the exhibits can not be taken away.
9. The change and cancel of the exhibition
The organizing committee in case of force majeure, such as earthquake, fire, flood; the large-scale epidemic
announced by the relevant government department; the requisition by the government; Domestic war, military variable,
usurp power, etc., shall have the right to change or cancel the exhibition date. If there is any change, the organizing
committee will notice the exhibitors in time.
10. Organizing Committee’s responsibility limit
The service companies are independent, such as provider of exhibition space, home filed builder, Specify special
assembly building company, shipment company of samples, hotels and business services companies are all
independent. If any disputes produced by the exhibitors and these service companies, the organizing committee will
assist the exhibitors in handling, but generally does not assume liability to pay compensation.

•Standard booth is 3m*3m, height: 2.5m, The material is made from aluminum nature molding and the PVC wooden
fence, built by Engineering Department of Exhibition Center;
•The basic equipments of booth: Three-side wall board, Lintel plate with company name, one information desk, two
folding chairs, two lamps ; one standard five-hole socket, one waste basket;
2. Luxury standard booth and equipments
•Size:3m*3m, height: 2.5m,The material is made from aluminum nature
molding and the PVC wooden fence, built by Engineering Department of
Exhibition Center;
•Basic equipments:Three-side wall board, Lintel plate with company name, one information desk, one round table,
five folding chairs, two lamps ; one standard five-hole socket, one waste basket;
Notes:The exhibitors need submit the pictures of the posters of the booth to the organizing committee,who are responsible for printing and
attaching them on the booth free; If the exhibitor need printing and attaching pictures on other places of booth, you need make payment by
yourself.
3. Notes about decorating the standard booths
3.1 Strictly prohibited opening the hole, set nail, doodle, scrape, scratch, paste foam tape on the standard booth's
enclosing Board. Those who violate this requirement should pay a minimum fine of 200 yuan, even canceling your
participation depending on the damage degree;
3.2 Each standard booth is equipped with one 5A/220V power socket. It is strictly prohibited to use
high-power
electrical devices, and prohibited privately to modify booth's power line; If using electric oven, electromagnetic
furnace, and microwave oven, and other super high-power electrical devices, you must immediately contact
Engineering Department of Exhibition Center and pay for related costs (see appendix receipt form W4),

otherwise , they will cut the booth’s electric to guarantee General security;
3.3 Each booth is strictly prohibited to hang total items weighing more than 5 kg, and prohibited to make the booth
stand demolished, heightened, opened without permission;
3.4 The exhibitors with standard booth must forward the company name of lintel plate board to the exhibition’s
engineering department before March 15, 2014 (see the Annex Form W1) ; Before submitting, please check it
carefully, If you want to change a word on the exhibition, you must pay extra ¥10 for each letter ;
3.5 The enterprises ordering more than two 9m²-standard booths. If you need to get through the booth or make the
corner booth increase to 3 sides boarding, you should contact the home field builder before March 15, 2014, and
inform them of your demands. Otherwise, if removing or increasing additional one side panel on the exhibition, please
pay for ¥100.
3.6 Above booth equipments, it is Organizing Committee that supplies for each standard booth. If the above exhibition
equipments still cannot meet your needs, and you need more furniture, please check the pictures of furiture in the
Annex. According to your own needs, before March 15, 2014, you should fill in Furniture renting form and fax to the
service providers and pay for extra costs; (Special notes: the exhibitors can not rent any things from the hawkers,
beware fooled or deceived).
