The City of Cuero is seeking to enter into a professional
services contract with a competent consulting firm to assist
the City in the development of a Way-Finding Sign Master
Plan and the preparation of plans and specifications for
bidding of the implementation and installation of the approved plan.
All interested firms and parties should carefully review the
attached Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit a proposal that addresses all required elements. All proposers
should ensure that they have completed all of the required
forms. Failure to properly submit a proposal may prohibit
your firm from consideration.

Proposal Submission Instructions:
The Request for Proposal (RFP) submission shall include
a cover letter, the RFP specifications, the RFP specifications worksheet and any other required elements, noted or
indicated elsewhere, of the proposal. Proposers should
submit 3 bound and 1 unbound copies of the proposal
which must include all of the indicated and required elements in a sealed envelope and/or box(s), clearly marked,
“City of Cuero Way-finding Sign Master Plan RFP.” Sealed
proposals shall be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 11, 2014. The bids will be publicly opened
