In this session, I will outline some important mental components for quality training including; intensity control, focus, goals, and cueing. Once the training environment is consistent, a comprehensive competition routine should be devised to transfer the mental composure of training to the competition itself. I will conclude this session with a look at how to develop competition routines for your athletes.
