Beloved husband of Adrienne M. "Andy" (Delia) Trainor. Devoted father of 4 children. Adored grandfather of 7 and greatgrandfather of 2. Cherished son of the late John T. and Mary A. (Doyle) Trainor. Dear brother of Robert Trainor of Woburn. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, October 10, at the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. WINTHROP, at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will follow at the Winthrop Cemetery (Belle Isle Section). Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thurs, from 5-7pm. He was a member of the Winthrop Police Dept. and also worked for a time as a longshoreman. Ken also earned a Master's Degree in Law Enforcement.
