Race Information Registration Form The Halloween Hustle 5K Run/Walk is sponsored by the Health, Fitness & Recreation Center (HFRC) and will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25, at 10:30 a.m. Eligible participants include anyone 16 years of age and older. The course will take runners and walkers twice around the campus’ perimeter path. Name ________________________________________________ Don’t be frightened away after the race because refreshments will be provided. FitRec encourages friendly competition among all participants. Please “beware” of all vehicles and other participants. The perimeter road will not be closed for this event. Price: $20 for early registration (price includes a T-shirt). $25 for registrations received after Oct. 10. Costumes are welcome! It is Halloween after all! Pre-race-day packets are available for pick up on Oct. 24 from 5:30 a.m.-10 p.m. at Membership Services in the HFRC or on race day at the event. Check-In Location Check-in will begin at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday in the parking lot south of Building M on Moraine Valley’s Palos Hills campus. The race will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. in the same location. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers within each age group of the run portion of the race. Age groups will be defined in the pre-race-day packet. The top overall male and female will also be awarded a prize.
