Neal Street (Tel. 01288 352404). If you are a visitor or new to the area and would like someone from the Chapel to visit you for a chat, please in the first instance, contact Neal. You are welcome to our coffee mornings which are held in the Chapel every Thursday between 10.30 and 11.30 am. The Offering at our Service here last Sunday was £113.00. We extend a warm welcome to all those sharing in our Service today which is led by John Hawkins. Our Service next Sunday will be led by Rev Neal Street and will include Sacrament. Tickets are £5 on the door and proceeds are to support the Lions Fun Day for the Disabled; ALSO, Rock Solid Friendship Tea Party from 4.30 – 6.30pm in the Stable at Chilsworthy MC. Bring a friend. Saturday 18th - Study Day at Shebbear College from 9.45am to 4pm. “The Holy Spirit in John” is the theme and the speaker is Rev Paul Wilson. See poster. Sunday 19th – Woodford MC Harvest Service at 11am led by Vic Bickle, [continued on Monday 20th with Supper at 6pm followed by a Service at 7.15pm led by Rev Martin Keenan + Sale of Produce], ALSO on 19th, In recognition of One World Week Rev Barbara Bennett (Chair of Bude Christians Together) invites you to St Martin’s for a lunch at 12.30pm followed by a Service at 2.30pm. Supper to follow. Friday 24th – Quiz Night at the Tree Inn commencing at 7pm. Teams of 6 for £4 per person (to include nibbles). All in aid of St Loyes. If interested see poster or speak to Vee. Monday 27th - Our next Church Council meeting will be here commencing at 7.30pm. All Members are invited to attend and play a full role in the proceedings, including voting. Minutes of the previous Church Council held on 24th Feb. and Agenda for the next meeting are on the Notice Board in the School Room. The box at the back of the Chapel is for donations of non-perishable foods to the Bude Food Bank. Please try to give what you can to help those who are less fortunate.
