Dear Graduate,
I am happy to inform you that the Institution Day cum Graduation
Ceremony – 2015 will be held on 13.03.2015 at 4.30pm at
Father
Muller’s
Stadium,
Kankanady,
Mangalore
followed
by
Graduation Dinner at the same place.
Please note the following points:
1. Briefing on the Graduation Day formalities will be held on
12.03.2015 at 4.00pm in the Academy Hall followed by Rehearsal
at 4.30pm.
2. You are requested to collect the Graduation gown on 13.03.2015 at
1.30pm near Academy Hall. The Photo session for the Graduates
will be held at 2.30pm at the back stairs of the Chapel.
3. There will be Thanks giving mass for the Graduates on 13.03.2015
at 8.00am at St. Joseph’s Chapel. All the Christian Graduates are
requested to attend the Mass.
4. Graduates are required to be in formal dress. Ladies are required
to wear sari.
5. Dinner coupons can be collected from the college of Nursing Office
from 12.03.2015 onwards.
You will be given 3 dinner coupons –
one for you and two for your parent/guardian
Kindly make convenient to be present for all the above programmes as
per schedule
