Transport individuals with disabilities to local & out-of-town medical
appointments; attend each appointment. Communicate with multiple
departments, complete required paperwork, & provide positive customer
service. Must have excellent communication & writing skills. Experience in a

provided to children in Curry, Roosevelt, DeBaca, Guadalupe, & Quay counties. To meet business needs, may be required
