The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) with its head office in Pretoria is the statutory body regulating the private security industry in South Africa. PSIRA is looking for dynamic experienced and suitably qualified professionals to take up the following challenging positions. It is the intention of the Authority to promote representivity through the filling of these positions. Debtors Administrators Salary: R171 120 basic salary p/m Pretoria: Centurion Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Financial Management/ Diploma in Credit Management or equivalent ●At least a minimum of two (02) years experience in Finance & Administration, Credit Management and Debt Collection ●Reconciliation experience ●Computer literacy. Essential criteria: Ideal candidate should be client service orientated ●Concern for quality and order ●Integrity and honesty●Problem solving and analysis ●Resilience. Ability to work under pressure Key Performance Areas: Reconciliation of Security Officers’ accounts ●Analysis of corrections to be made ●Preparation of Invoices/ Credit notes to correct accounts ●Collecting of fines & settlements billed on Security Officer accounts ●Follow-through of transactions (from Security Officers to Security Businesses) ●Confirm and allocate receipts ●Issuing of collection letters ●Submissions to Regulatory Sub-committee ●Reconciliation of Security Business accounts especially suspense accounts. Driver R100 579 basic salary P/A plus benefits Pretoria: Centurion Requirements: Grade 12 certificate or studying towards ●Valid driver’s license and PDP ●MV + Trailer (optional) ●Computer literate (Optional) ●Only short listed candidates will undergo test driving. Essential criteria: Ideal candidate should possess customer relation skills and have 2-3 years driving experience ●Integrity and honesty ●Resilience and must be able to read and write plus good communication skills, organizing and time management skills and knowledge of using log book. Duties: Transport staff/visitors from and to the approved destination ●Collect and deliver goods from / to approved destination ●Mmaintain all vehicles in accordance with the service/maintenance requirements ●Be familiar with Gauteng Province ●Be prepared to work overtime when required to do so ●Perform ad-hoc duties from immediate supervisor.
