quality selection of Purebred and Shorthorn influenced breeding stock. You will find powerful bred females, quality
show prospects and herd building heifers ready for breeding. The beef industry is incredibly vibrant.
Money invested now will see positive returns in this strong beef industry going forward. It is again encouraging to
see young Shorthorn breeders consigning to this sale. This is good for the breed and the industry.

TERMS OF THE SALE
The terms are cash unless other arrangements are made with the seller before the sale. Full payment must be made
immediately following the sale to the Clerk of the Sale by cash or cheque. Release of animals will not take place until
satisfactory settlement arrangements have been concluded with the seller.
BIDS: All prospective buyers must register and receive a bidding number in advance of the sale from the Clerk of the
Sale by providing full and acceptable I.D. The highest bidder shall be the buyer. All bidding disputes will be settled by the
Auctioneer and his decisions shall be final.
RISK: All animals are sold as is. All animals are at the buyer’s risk as soon as your number is called by the Auctioneer
and declared sold.
ERROR/ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any errors, changes and/or additions to the information printed in the catalogue
will be announced from the auction block and such announcements shall take precedence.
WARRANTIES: Animals are sold under the standard breeding guarantee endorsed by the Canadian Shorthorn
Association.
GENETIC DEFECTS: TH status or other defect status will be advised in the catalogue or by announcement.
DELIVERY: It is the buyer’s responsibility to make arrangements for delivery.
CERTIFICATES: A transfer and Certificate of Registration for registered animals will be furnished free of charge to the
buyer by the Ontario Shorthorn Association.
LIABILITY: Every effort will be made to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for those attending the sale.
Neither the sellers, facility owners, Ontario Shorthorn Association and it’s Officers and Directors, Auctioneer or sale
personnel assume any liability for any accidents or property loss that may occur.

was Sr. Champion bull at the 2000 Royal and Reserve Senior
Champion at 2000 CWA. She is tested THF, PHAF & DSF
and is 98.1% pure. This classic young female will be a great
addition to a growing shorthorn herd.

Rosewood 6B is a moderate framed heifer with lots of depth, just like her mother.
She is very feminine and has a great temperament. This young lady will make an
excellent project heifer for the show ring and go on to become a good brood cow.
Her mother, an Alta Cedar Commotion daughter, represented us well in the show
ring as a yearling in 2013.
