Preparation for competitions will commence directly after the opening ceremonies estimated at between 10:00 and 11:30.
Each competitor uses is allowed 30 minutes pre-competition set up, 15 minutes for the competition, ten minutes for the judges and
then 5 minutes to clean the area for the next competitor. The timing will depend on the amount of competitors. Usually this is completed
2 at a time.
Each competitor will be given 10 minutes pre-competition time to setup and then 15 minutes to set their table and then 10 minutes for
the judges to discuss the setting. 5 minutes will be allowed between competitors. Set tables will remain on display through to the award
presentation.
