In fact, the words "Stone Ruination IPA" are what older hop vines use to cause little hop vines to quiver with fright and lose sleep at night . Snifter $5.50 Double IPA 9.2%ABV Chinook hops abound providing a citrus like quality. Big resinous pine undertones gives a sticky, clean flavor. Very aromatic and wonderfully bitter. A refreshing assault on the palate This is Victory’s Golden Monkey Belgian-style ale aged in oak Chardonnay barrels. This brew has considerable depth of character with abundant herbal, fruity notes. Ommegang Game of Thrones, Valar Morghulis Cooperstown, NY 12oz snifter $5.95 Belgian Style Dubbel 8%ABV A deep chestnut brown color with a persistent and creamy tan head. Rich aromas of caramel, toffee, ripe fruits and burnt sugar, with a hint of cloves. The taste is delicately balanced with rich malty sweetness, caramel and just enough bitterness to balance out its malty backbone. A surprisingly dry finish is light on the tongue, which belies the initial aroma. Victory Wild Devil— Downington, PA 16oz Pint $6.00 IPA w/ Brettanomcyes 6.7%ABV This is Victory Hop Devil IPA with a touch of Brettanomyces yeast. Floral and aromatic hops still leap from this amber ale while the unique fermentation yields notes of pine and citrus. A tribute to the untamed hop vines which rise from the earth in their natural whole flower form. This brew features Citra, Chinook, Simcoe and Mosaic hops.
