American Stout NITRO 6.4%ABV 55IBU
complex with a surprisingly dry finish, this
robust English-style porter is never cloying
and wonderfully drinkable. A dense tan head
portends the chocolate, roasty, brownie batter flavor. Maris Otter barley imported from
the UK imparts a deep nuttiness accentuated
by the unique English yeast strain. The cheeky
yeast generates subtle pear, apple and strawberry esters that gently contribute to the
depth of flavor. The complex balance comes
from imported UK Target and Fuggle hops,
contributing earthy, herbaceous, tea-like
notes. The result is a hefty brew that walks the
fine line between eminent drinkability and
overwhelming flavor impact.

Come a little closer. We've got a little
something shakin’ that may interest you. Is
it a Stout or an American Black Ale? Well,
well, well, you never can tell. Eyes on the prize, put your
nose in the glass. Don’t drink too fast. Gotta make it last.
Just let it roll across your tongue like a hopped-up velvet
thundercloud. Don't tell me this stout ain't got no hops.
You just gotta sniff around. Come on over to the dark side
of the street.

Cinnamon Cider beer that Santa likes with his cookies.
Elegantly traditional and rich in its’ hop character, this India Pale Ale is
thirst-quenching and soul-satisfying. Each sip delivers a bounty of
herbal and floral hop character, balanced by the fruity signature of our
house yeast.
This collaboration with Perennial Artisan Ales pairs two favorites:
chocolate and beer. Dessert is best poured. And the brewers at Perennial
agree. So for our next Lips of Faith release we dreamt up a beer that
would bring together chocolate sweetness, Belgian yeast, deeply roasted
malts and just the right shake of salt to pour a creamy stout worthy of a
cherry on top.
Orval, Trappist Ale — Florenville, Belgium
Belgian Pale Ale 6.9%ABV 11oz. Bottle $6.99 In contrast
to all the others, the Orval Trappist brewery makes only
one beer for the general public. It has an intensely aromatic and dry character. Between the first and second

process. Through this the beer acquires its pronounced
hoppy aroma and extra dry taste.

Boulevard we have fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar
family. Ironically, when our brewers were experimenting with variations
on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of
elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they
called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics
