Firm Principal, Barr & Prevost Program: Mr. Prevost will discuss the equipment, environment, planning, and considerations involved in underwater bridge inspections. He will present some of his recent experiences conducting visual and hands-on inspections of submerged portions of bridges as well as his findings and recommendations.
