(Beginner) YOGA AND MORE: Pilates Mat (Mixed Level): This mixed level Pilates mat class focuses on strength, precision, and flow of movement. In this small class setting the teacher will present the exercises at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace. Students will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. (ALL LEVELS) Tai Chi: this class is designed to move with better balance and fall prevention. It will improve flexibility and balance. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that's fun, challenging and will make you sweat. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength and greater stability. (Advanced) Yoga Basics: Yoga is a non-aerobic exercise class that involves a series of precise movements, breathing techniques, stretching exercises, and Yoga postures. It will help you understand the proper alignment of basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques. (Beginner) BEGINNER: A person that is new to exercising and seeking how to become healthier. A person just starting to learn to exercise. INTERMEDIATE: A person accustomed to working out but needs to be motivated some of the time and knows how to work out on their own ADVANCED: A person that works out more than 5 times a week.
