ENHANCING MUNICIPAL SERVICE DELIVERY Anglo American Chairman’s Fund: Sisters Of Mercy (Iona Convent Pretoria): New Water Fountain: Ntebatse Paulus Anglo American has partnered with the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) and the Investment Climate Facility for Africa (ICF) to implement a capacity building support programme at eleven municipalities across five South African provinces. The primary objective of the programme is to strengthen institutional capacity to enhance municipal service delivery and to promote municipal sustainability in the long term. On this programme, the ICF is also providing funding, while the DBSA is managing the practical implementation of training and hands-on skills transfer.
