Warranty Information
Meridian Medical
All Meridian Medical products shall conform to the specifications as
listed on the applicable product information bulletin; however, we
reserve the right to change specifications at any time with or without
notice. The Warranty period for the products shall be as follows:
All products are warranted for one year except #1002, 1002F and
#1005 pads which are warranted for 30 days and cushions, which are
warranted for 18 months, except the Basic Foam Cushion which is warranted for 1 year. In addition, per a new policy at Meridian Medical, all
E0277 coded products are warranted for 24 months.
Air Lift
Meridian Medical guarantees your Air Lift pack against any manufacturer’s defect in the product for three years and will, upon written
notice at any time within three years from the date of purchase, repair
or replace your Air Lift pack without any charge to you. Damage due to
wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge. Zephyr by Air
Lift brand shoulder bags carry a one-year warranty.
Returned Goods Policy
CareFore Medical
Special order, discontinued, expired or custom items may not be
returned. Items not in their original, unopened packaging may not be
returned. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be
shipped with freight charges prepaid.
Meridian Medical’s sole liability to the Customer for nonconformity of
any Product to the specifications or for any claim arising out of or in
any way connected with the manufacture, sale, handling or use of
the Products, or for another reason, shall be at Meridian Medical’s
sole option, limited to the refund of the full purchase price to the initial purchaser for such Products, plus any invoiced shipping charges,
or the replacement of the Product free of charge.
A Return Authorization number must be obtained from Meridian
Medical prior to any product return. Requests for return authorization
must be received within 30 days of invoice date and product must be
returned within 30 days of receipt of return authorization number to
receive credit.
