AN EXPERIENCE
Silver.Spoon is a gastronomic experience agency originating in
Copenhagen, operating internationally, that produces unique
experiences. It aims at creating ephemeral performance pieces where
chefs, menus, venues, and themes come together for single events
before disbanding only to reappear elsewhere in various permutations.
Silver.Spoon is known for it’s eclectic concepts such as The Refined
Ghetto, Doped Up, and 4.4 paving the way for exclusive dining
arrangements in Copenhagen.
This is a society where adventurous diners can satiate their tastes for the
unexpected with a locale inspired experience. The venue often dictates
the rest of the event, ranging from posh locations to raw and industrial
or rustic aesthetics. Each event is meant to provide a singular and
unique happening that both evokes emotion and a great atmosphere.
Think of each occurrence as an art installation never to be replicated
again. The main focus of these dinners, all elements considered, are
meant to remove the diner out of the traditional restaurant paradigm
while still providing some of the typical comforts of a restaurant. Most
importantly, Silver.Spoon's aim is always to create lasting memories of
quality experiences.
Alongside Silver.Spoon’s three brands - Guerilla Dining, Wine & Grub,
and Street Corner Kitchen - it serves as a branding consultancy and
concept development bureau for corporate and private clients. Given
the unique position we enjoy in the food & beverage and entertainment
industries, our team is equipped to research and develop new
products, or to design and execute branded experiences for our clients.
