Los Angeles, 07 October 2014 – Vice Consul Mary Joy Ramirez led a team from the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles that conducted a one-day consular outreach program in Bakersfield, California, U.S.A. on 04 October 2014. The consular outreach program was undertaken in cooperation with the Filipino Community of Bakersfield & Vicinity, Inc. under the leadership of Mr. Jun Rivera President.
