CAF600 Particle Board System Description The Carrino CAF600 bare board system is at the heart of the Carrino Access Flooring Range. The panel is manufactured from P6 high density particle board and comes in both office and medium grade versions. The CAF600 system has been developed over the past 15 years to offer a genuine, cost saving alternative to traditional steel encapsulated systems. CAF600 system with steel pedestal understructure The Office Grade 30 mm panel complies with the loading requirements of the PSA specification MOB PF2 PS/SPU, 1992, for design load and 2.5 times safety factor for light grade floors. The medium grade 38mm panel complies with the loading requirements of the PSA specification MOB PF2 PS/SPU, 1992, for design load and 2.5 times safety factor for medium grade floors. Floor Finishes CAF600 30 & 38mm panels are provided bare to accept a wide range of loose lay floor finishes.
