Report Cards
Report Cards will be mailed to students’ home addresses today (Friday, October 10, 2014) and were
displayed in the Home Access Center (HAC) on Thursday, October 9, 2014.
PSAT
Cinco Ranch High School will be hosting the PSAT on Wednesday, October 15 from 7:30–11:00am.
Parents, please do not schedule appointments during the testing window as the campus will be closed.
ALL 10th and 11th grade students will be testing. 9th grade students will be taking their English I Writing
and Reading DLA Tests. 12th grade students are off-campus until 10:45am, unless their HCC dual credit
class is meeting. Students who are testing will not go to Miller Career Center in the morning and must
report to CRHS by 7:30am. Students need to bring the following items to the test:
Valid photo ID (school ID or driver’s license)
Two # 2 pencils
A College Board approved calculator (CRHS will not supply students with a calculator.)
Social security number (if available)
Email address (if available)
Football Ticket Sales
Football Pre-Sale tickets (General Admission) for the Cinco Ranch vs. Taylor (Thursday, October 16,
6:30pm @ Rhodes Stadium) will be held in the foyer of CRHS on Wednesday, October 15 from 11:00am1:20pm and Thursday, October 16 from 10:35am-12:50pm. Ticket Prices are $6/adults, $4/students.
Tickets at the gate are $10/adults, $5/students with a current CRHS ID. Reserved tickets ($10/ticket) are
sold online only at www.katytickets.com.
Theater Company
CRTC invites you to enjoy Titanic Aftermath, October 16 -18 at 7:30pm in the Performing Arts Center.
The play follows the journey of Bruce Ismay under the guidance of three unfortunate souls who fell
victim to the doomed ship’s watery demise. Tickets are $8 for students and $10 for adults. Please call

PTSA Community Garage Sale Volunteer Signup
We need student and adult volunteers to make the Community Garage Sale on October 18 a success.
This garage sale provides a service that our community has come to depend on for years and funds
teacher wish list items and PTA student scholarships. Please sign up using Sign-up Genius on the links

Theater Spirit Night
Come join the CR Theater Department at Las Mananitas on Tuesday, October 21 for Spirit Night! Enjoy a
great meal with family and friends while helping raise money for the department. Simply present the
attached spirit night flyer or show it on a smart phone at the restaurant and they will donate 20% of the
sales to CRTC. Please come to 803 Mason Rd from 5-9:30pm and help make this a successful night!
Community Bond Meeting
On October 22, 2014 all of the Cinco Ranch High School feeder school communities are invited to a bond
information meeting. It will be held at Cinco Ranch High School in the LGI at 6:00pm. The hosting
principals as well as bond committee members will be present to make a short presentation as well as
answer questions. Our campuses and what the bond addresses for them will be specifically addressed
as well as the overall bond package. We encourage all of our parents and patrons to attend.
Cougar Stars “Kick for a Cause”
The Cougar Stars annual “Kick For A Cause” is October 23 at the Cinco Ranch Varsity Football game!
The Stars will be collecting donations during the 3rd quarter of this game. Stay after the game to see
the stars “Kick For A Cause”! All donations will go directly to The Ballard House, which is a Cinco
Charities Community. The Ballard House provides temporary housing in our community with a warm,
safe environment for individuals and their families who are receiving treatment for a serious medical
condition.
