NOTE: 5th grade boys interested in playing Middle School must contact Coach Rennard prior to October 12 to discuss eligibility for the MS team. CORNERSTONE BOYS (4-6th grades) Dates for tryouts will be announced prior to October 16 but will occur after the middle school team tryouts and team selection. *Team plays in the East Asheville Recreation League -Practice will begin the week of 11/3/14 -Cornerstone Coach: Garett Haire NOTE: 6th grade boys may tryout for the middle school team and if not successful can then tryout for the Cornerstone team. 4th grade boys must be 10 years old by 11/1/14 and 6th grade boys must not be 13 years old prior to 1/1/15. No prior experience is necessary, just a desire to learn the game of basketball and to have fun playing with other young women. We have a competitive varsity team and are looking to expand the program to include middle school girls and less experienced high school girls (for a JV team).
