From the Publisher
God decided to visit me in September
at The Journey Expo. This time God decided
to manifest as a lovely lady named Michelle.
Michelle had been helping with the Expo
since day one - 12 years ago. She asked to help
out the first year, and was one of the people
that would sell tickets, amongst other things.
She would never accept money for her help, and
most of the time it was difficult to get her to take
a break and go have fun with the vendors, and do
some workshops or hear some speakers. She just
wanted to help out in any way she could - every year.
I happened to run into Michelle in late August at the
beach. She mentioned that she was looking forward
to the Expo and that she would be there. It was very
unusual for her, as she did not show. I made a mental
note to call her at some point to see if she was ok.
Then, about midday Sunday, she came to
the expo and said she would like to talk with me.
We went over to a table and sat down. Michelle
proceeded to tell me she was informed a few days
before the Expo she had terminal cancer and
“statistics” say she will live 2 months to a year.
She apologized for not letting me know she was unavailable to help, but was spending time with family.
Stunned with this news, I numbly told her I understood.
God > Michelle then proceeded to thank me for
allowing her to be a part of the Expo, and to serve.
She said that since the day she had walked into A
Touch of Serenity in 1999, her life had changed in a
beautiful way. She said that she felt a part of a community and will always be grateful for the opportunity.
She also said that being a part of the “family” that
gathers each year to produce the Journey Expo had
meant so much to her. Michelle wanted me to know
how much she valued our friendship and I meant so
very much to her.
She went on say she knew that what we
have been doing for all these years is to be of
service and to help people find their way. With that
understanding she found peace, joy and love. She
said she has no regrets for her life, and if indeed
her time on this plane was coming to an end, she
is grateful for the life she has been able to live.
Michelle was more at peace then I had ever
seen her. The clarity she spoke with and joy for the
life she has lived and articulated is something I will
never forget.
Thank you God > Michelle for reminding
me of the true purpose of what we are here for.

“Inner Focus” by Aron Pyne
In these times of tremendous change, over stimulation, and constant
flux, it is easy for us to swing from mood to mood, from fear to love. It is
important that we allow the outside stimulation to arise before us, and
fall to our side. As you read a book, you move from one page to the
next, not holding on to the previous page. Bring your attention inward
and bring your focus to love, appreciation, and gratitude. When you do,
your external world will become better and better.

OSHO
The law of karma, in the
first place, is not a law. That
word gives it an aroma as
if it is something scientific,
like the law of gravitation.
It is merely a hope, not a
law at all. It has been hoped for centuries that if
you do good you will attain to good results. It is
a human hope in existence which is absolutely
neutral.
Wheel of Karma
Konark Sun Temple, India
If you look at nature, there are laws -- the whole
of science is nothing but discovery of those
laws -- but science has not come even close to
detecting anything like the law of karma. Yes, it
is certain that any action is going to bring certain reactions, but the law of karma is hoping
for much more. If you simply say any action is
bound to produce some reactions, it is possible
to have scientific support for it. But man is hoping for much more. He is asking that a good action inevitably brings a good consequence with
it, and the same with a bad action.
Now, there are many things implied in this.
First, What is good? Each society defines good
according to itself. What is good to a Jew is not
good to a Jaina; what is good to a Christian is
not good to a Confucian. Not only that, what is
good in one culture is bad in another culture. A
law has to be universal. For example, if you heat
water to one hundred degrees centigrade, it will
evaporate -- in Tibet, in Russia, in America, even
in Oregon. In Oregon it will be a little puzzled,
but all the same at one hundred degrees water
will evaporate. Certainly the law of karma is neither a scientific law nor part of any legal system.
So the one thing to be remembered is: in my
vision of life, yes, every action is bound to have
some consequences, but they will not be somewhere else, you will have them here and now.
Most probably you will get them almost simultaneously.

I saw that my “bulldozer” approach
was causing more harm than good
to another person’s well-being.
I feel that my former spouse and
I were alike in our perfectionism and
our “bulldozer” approach to life. My
Buddhist practice led me out of that
trap.
Love is a facet of our lives
that we think we know everything
about before we commit ourselves

That’s when I began thinking of a
divorce.
I believe that being too smart
for my own good had finally broken
through my perfectionist reflection.
This spirit of fatherhood was the culmination of thinking long and hard
about what we were forcing each
other to do in order to maintain that
perfect reflection of ourselves.
The promise I made in all good
faith, and the hopes that rested on
it, felt like it had been spiritually

on my former spouse’s successful
life attributes, along with the personal lessons I picked up during
our relationship. I realized these
things would ferry us well after a
heartbreak.
A New Form of Independence
Initially we tried at different
times to start a discussion, but I had
suppressed so much that these conversations ended badly – especially
since her priority of conceiving a
baby was more important than our

the
Journey
The emotional current flowed like undertow, she
occupying the top floors and me sleeping in the bottom
floor, until that house was sold several months later and
we made individual arrangements to move out.
I believe that I owe much to her for my husbandry
skills and the honor of being able to write about my
side of the matter. I looked after the divorce paperwork
through my lawyer and paid the bill for that. The conditions she desired I readily gave over because I felt they
were fair and I was respected.
We no longer keep in touch. They say a new love
will replace the old.
For months after the divorce I prayed that my good
faith in going our separate ways would be rewarded and
I hope she realizes that I aimed for the best chance for
her happiness too.
In relating my experience of the masculine spirit that
creates something out of nothingness, the good faith that
I kept constant put me in touch with the feminine spirit
that nurtures creation through luck and abundance. It
gave me the wherewithal through optimism and understanding, cause and effect, to sow seeds in my daily
routine that I will harvest one day.

The Evolving Soul and Your Life Purpose:
Connecting the Dots of Past Lives
By Dr. Linda Backman
T
he title of Chapter One,
“Tripping Over Your
Soul Self,” provides a
clear description of the overriding purpose of my new
book. Each and every one of
us chooses to incarnate with
intended “Soul-Sole” commitment – that is to continue
and, perhaps speed-up, your
evolution as a soul. You are,
no more and no less, a soul
living another life aiming to
grow and expand.
You might consider this explanation too simple. The
truth is, soul evolution in each life is often painstaking
and complex.
In order to progress as a soul it is essential that you
“trip over” who you are at the core. My new book, The
Evolving Soul: Spiritual Healing Through Past Life Exploration (TES), provides explanation and guidance about
how you can discover why you agreed to incarnate today
in order to climb your “soul ladder” with meaning.
As a psychologist and regression therapist, I’ve filled
TES with client regression accounts. Each client example
provides food for thought surrounding your raison d’etre
in life today.
This is a very emotional reunion. I
am in the center of a circle with my
guides and soul family all around me.
In the circle I am Blackhawk. I wear a
breastplate that has a stone on the
back. The stone is touching my skin.
It is crucial that you pay close attention, at all times, to your thoughts,
feelings and life circumstances
because you’ll be able to “trip over”
and figure out your life’s purpose.
You might also ask: How can I communicate with my
guides to receive direction and to know that I am actually
following my intentions for my life today?”
The answer to all of these questions is basic. You must
learn to use your intuition, as well as trust that you can
easily “trip over” the answers in your every day life.
Let’s begin with Intuition – capitalized because it is a
skill within each of us that we can learn to enhance.
Tips to Enhance Your Intuitive Senses
There is a rationale and deliberate order in our universe. By this I mean there is a just structure and coordination. Reading TES will expand your understanding
of the configuration of moving from one lifetime to the
next. To skim the surface of the organization of our soul
world here are some key elements:
• Advanced souls, called Master Guides, manage and
coordinate all souls.
• Each soul has a team of guides and teachers who
Page 12
support them.
• As a soul we have a specific, eternal archetype that
informs each of our lives.
• We create a pre-birth blueprint with our guides
before incarnation.
• We incarnate repetitively within a small, as well as
a larger conglomerate soul group.
• In life we always have free will.
• We are required to incarnate in order to evolve.
• Each lifetime is linked to the next for advancement.
I would suppose your next question is: “How can I
learn more about my past lives, my past life relationships,
and my plan for this life?”
Your intuitive abilities come in six modes. Though all
of us have these intuitive skills, we’re stronger in some
than in others:
• Clair-voyance: vision as if your mind were a movie
screen
• Clair-audience: hearing as if you’re being spoken to
• Clair-cognition: thoughts that just occur to you
• Clair-sentience: emotions that arise for no apparent reason
• Clair-kinesthesia: sensing a physical symptom
• Clair-alience: smelling something that is not present

“marching orders” and was eager to move forward.
Linda Backman - Continued from page 12
Practice and trust are the essential elements to using
intuition. Experiment with a friend.
Tune intuitively to how your best friend’s day is going. Then call them to determine if you are correct. Don’t
forget to rely on your thoughts that you may think arise
from your own “mind creation,” but are actually intuitive
in nature. Always remember that no one’s intuition is accurate 100 percent of the time.
Deepening Your Soul Awareness
Let’s talk about how you can use intuition or soul
regression (or combine both) to reveal
your significant past lives, connecting the dots of your
soul journey. It is crucial that you pay close attention, at all
times, to your thoughts, feelings, and life circumstances
because you’ll be able to “trip over” and figure out your
life purpose.
Soul Regression
In my regression therapy practice I guide clients via
hypnosis. Through the use of altered state of consciousness clients utilize their intuition to discover significant
past lives, guides, and their soul, or higher self, awareness of life purpose. In addition, during soul regression
your spiritual guides and teachers will shed light on your
current state of soul progress.
I invite you to experience Kenneth’s regression details:
Kenneth: Live in the Moment, Know Love, and Remember Your Past Life Identity
Take time now to read and feel your way through Kenneth’s soul regression. Notice that this client is handed
many details about how his past life is tied to life today.
Plus, Kenneth’s guide is quite forthcoming with specifics
about his pre-birth blueprint.
This soul regression account begins just after Kenneth has died in his past life as a Native American chief
named Blackhawk.
“This is a very emotional reunion. I am in the center
of a circle with my guides and soul family all around me.
In the circle I am Blackhawk. I wear a breastplate that
has a stone on the back. The stone is touching my skin.
This stone is a reminder to me to bring the principles
and rationale for Blackhawk’s life into my life and my
goals today.
[Kenneth’s primary Guide speaks.] Blackhawk and
you are to support and guide others to be clear in their
own life path. You are fully one at this time with Blackhawk; you are he, and he is you. When you hesitate with
your life purpose you are to come to me, your primary
Guide to be invigorated. Be sure to speak fully and clearly.
Do not be afraid. Also, do not forget to laugh. This is highly
important to keep you moving forward, but remembering
to be “light” at times.
Each soul extends far beyond human comprehension.
You are always more than you think you are. The part
of your soul that inhabits your body is complete and full.
Yet, this part is only a drop of all that you are.
Your heart will allow you to enter your greater consciousness. Do not forget about your heart.
You cannot fulfill your soul agreement without your
heart.”
Kenneth, using his intuitive capability, had discovered
his life as Blackhawk prior to his soul regression. The
“spotlight” provided by his guide and the essential merger
of Blackhawk’s and Kenneth’s life purpose were new and
stark for Kenneth. Following this session Kenneth had his

I discovered that the soul of my

Please take your time as you move through each
of the following suggestions to unearth your lives, soul
relationships and why you are embodied today:
• Think about the people who are, or have been, part
of your life. Be sure to not only consider those people with
whom you’ve had a great relationship. Always consider
those “prickly” relationships that you wished would end.
At the soul level we make agreements to have a particular type of relationship, even uncomfortable, in order to
release karma and clean up past life issues.
When my first child was born the doctor said, “You
have a healthy boy.”
Then I said, “My Dad will be so happy.” I had no idea
why I made this statement. Many years later I discovered
that the soul of my Dad was my mother in a life during
World War II. In the past life I was the older sister and had
a very young brother (the soul of my current life, first
child), and my brother was taken away.
• Your past lives are revealed in your present life
through desires, fears, compulsions and physical symptoms:
- What period of history fascinates you?
- What area of the world would you like to visit?
- What type of work interests you, even if you’re not
trained—or you think the pay would be insufficient?
- Do you have a long-standing pain in a part of your
body that is unexplained?
- Are you afraid to have a child but don’t know
why?
• Examine the key events in your life to discover who
you are as a soul:
- Did you have a serious illness before age 10? Could
this be a means to heal how you died in past life? Could
this be learning for your parents to deepen their commitment to parenting?

Karma Doesn’t Just Happen:
You Have To Create It
By wah!
A
ctions speak louder than
words, the saying goes.
Regardless of how you feel
about someone, you may
choose help them when they need
a hand.
Despite an abusive childhood
you may choose to be loving and
kind in your relationships. What you
decide and do leaves a lasting mark
on your world.
Doing is the basis for the yogic
concept of karma.
You can’t sit on the couch at
home and expect happy thoughts to
change your life. Thoughts will help
but you really just have to get out
there and do something.
Do the right thing.
What’s the right thing? Only you
know. What’s right for you is not
necessarily what’s right for someone
else. You know in your heart what
you should do.
What happens when you do the
right thing? It feels good, it feels right.
Your life and heart expand. The neurological connections change in your
Page 16
brain and body.
Actions initiate energy – energy
to change, energy to transform. If
you have a habit of eating donuts, a
three-day cleanse will change your
preferences. In three days you can
change your diet, change your sleep
patterns, change your muscle tone,
change your expectations.
Karma is work. It’s
your participation in
this thing we call life.
Every thing you do
adds to our collective
wisdom and consciousness. It’s how
you put your beliefs
into action.
Why? Because cellular tissue in
many areas of the body is completely
replaced in 72 hours. Intestines, eyes
and taste buds all replace themselves
in three days.
all 2014
2014
FFall
What happens in those three
days? Neurological connections are
redirected and realigned. You have
different responses and different
conclusions than you did before.
Your hunger might initiate a desire
for apples instead of coffee and
donuts.
Does it seem like harsh discipline, changing your dietary habits?
Perhaps in the beginning, but once
your taste buds change, you actually
prefer more lively tasting foods.
It is the same process with behavior; in the beginning it seems like
an arbitrary or self-imposed practice to help others. But once your
body feels the release of feel-good
hormones (a natural opiate high),
you start looking for people to help,
people to hold and touch. Then it’s
no longer a question of inspiring
yourself to do the right thing, it simply feels like a better choice.
I believe the sweat each person
creates in yoga class is a love offering to the universe.
Getting physical exercise is
a purification; it clears the body
of unwanted energies and allows
regeneration of cells. As you find
cleaner energy in yourself, you necessarily find cleaner, kinder, more
enlightened methods of being with
yourself and others in your life. That
is a service to both humankind and
our planet.
Ever ything is in a constant
state of spiraling activity. The world,
oceans, planets, and people on it
are constantly evolving, changing
and moving.
Karma is work. It’s your participation in this thing we call life. Every
thing you do adds to our collective
wisdom and consciousness. It’s how
you put your beliefs into action.
When you make decisions about
what to eat, where to shop, who to
the
Journey
connect with, you determine the direction of your life.
You can’t just say it; you have to do it.
You may say you’re going to eat healthier but I can see
in your body and your eyes if this is true. You might say
you are in prayer but I can feel the presence or absence
of peace after spending just a few moments with you.
How can you move your energy into a higher, cleaner,
more authentic connection? Find a way to manipulate
and transform physical matter. Express yourself, expand
your mission, create your passion. Chant the mantras
aloud. Make food; share it. Clean a friend’s house. Do
something which moves your energy into more compassionate, authentic connection.
Be joyful. Seek the joy of being alive. Don’t just say
nice things; call that alcoholic friend and intervene, take
that camping trip with a friend. Plan and create joyful activities to share. Say hello to people when you see them,
start conversations, find out what they do. Activate.
The first book of the Yoga Sutras by Patanjali talks
about the mind being the key ingredient to attaining peace
and the body supplemental to its process. The second
book of the same Yoga Sutras talks about the body being
the key ingredient with the mind as supplemental. Which
comes first, good thinking or good action? Approach it
from whichever way you choose, the outcome is good
action.
If you want to be rich, do the things that rich people
do – make friends, talk about business opportunities, give
money to charities, hire youth, support the community.
Your actions will lead you in the direction of abundance.
If you want to be loved, do the things that lovers do – buy
flowers, hug people, make dinner.
Karma is doing – using all actions and interactions to
better yourself and the world. Be generous, give your love
away, share your wisdom, be kind. You vote with your
pocketbook every day, telling merchants which ethical
business practices you support. Do you buy organic?
Do you recycle? These choices have a direct impact on
your world.
The universe is all-knowing, everyone’s prayers are
working, and there’s enough room for everyone to find,
do, be and have whatever they are looking for.
Don’t miss your chance. This moment doesn’t come
again; it’s a precious opportunity to create and discover
what it is you really want to find in this life. Get out there
and feel it, within and without.

The Whole Truth About Karma
By Eva Starr
W
hat is this thing we call karma? It’s been talked about, written about
and debated over for centuries. John Lennon, Warren Zevon and
Boy George, to name a few, sang about it. Karma, to put it simply, is the law
of cause-and-effect – otherwise known as consequences.
It’s no different than breaking curfew when you were a teenager and getting grounded, or not studying for an algebra final and flunking the course.
Driving while intoxicated and spending a ton of money on lawyer fees and
maybe a few nights in the slammer. Are we getting the picture?
Then why is there this total mystique around it?
But like anything else, you can go deeper. There are three types of Hindu
karma.
To pay your rent is a choice, because you
choose not to get evicted. To go to work is a
choice because you choose to pay your rent.
Our responsibility lies in being conscious and
conscientious in whatever we decide to do.
Sanchita karma is accumulated karma that determines the circumstances
of our birth and our genetic inheritance. Praradbha karma is driven by current
works – revealing itself in our habits and tendencies. Agami karma, otherwise
known as future karma, is the one we’re now creating.
How do we work with or against karma in our daily lives? As ye sow, shall
ye reap; whatever we’re doing, creating and thinking about is continually
creating our karma. Yes, even our thoughts. Why our thoughts you ask?
Our thoughts come and go, and trying to control them would be akin
to trying to control a zoo full of monkeys. How and where we direct those
thoughts is something we can control. “Never suffer a thought to be harbored in
Page 18
Fall 2014
your mind which you would not avow
openly,” Thomas Jefferson once
wrote in a letter to his grandson.
It’s our thoughts that shape our
lives; the thought is the seed that
we nurture or discard. We think an
average of 60,000-80,000 thoughts
a day depending on what material
you read; that’s a lot of karma.
Be like the Zen observer and remove yourself from you, stand back
and watch yourself. Watch, listen
and observe what you say, do and
think over a day and night. You might
be surprised at the choices you are
unconsciously making. We always
have choice, I’ve had some students
take issue with this in the past, only
to eventually come to the realization
that we do always have a choice.
To pay your rent is a choice, because you choose not to get evicted.
To go to work is a choice because
you choose to pay your rent. Our
responsibility lies in being conscious
and conscientious in whatever we
decide to do. It boils down to choice
all the way to the karma bank and
back.
What about relationship karma
and past life karma? I like what Byron Katie says: “There’s your stuff,
their stuff and God’s stuff,” and if it’s
not in your boat it ain’t your business.
I don’t know about you but I have a
hard enough time trying to steer my
own boat in the right direction or letting it float merrily, merrily down the
stream of life without worrying about
everybody else’s Karma.
What about when you know
someone at work (or family) who is
deliberately sabotaging or undermining you? I actually had this happen
to me at just about every job I’ve
ever worked (talk about karma), and
my friends would say to me, “Aren’t
you going to do something?” My
response in each situation was “I’m
not the karma police; karma will take
care of it.”

It’s told that the philosopher Immanuel Kant proposed a “What If” test to determine if a given behavior

ask yourself, “What would happen if everybody did
this?” or “How would I feel if everybody did this?”
The choice is yours. Karma is in your hands.

The Flow of Wind and Water
I
By AMJ Delgado
began studying Classical Chinese Feng Shui in 1998 and I
can remember my initial stubborn, rigid, arrogant attitudes
of making sure all “The Rules” were being followed.
For example, if you were born on X day in X month in X
year, you had four positive and four negative directions. At
X time of year during X sector of the house face X directions
because, if not, then something negative might happen.
Certain land formations forbade certain outcomes.
Certain home blueprints caused a certain outcome. After
a while I became so anxious and was so afraid of certain
events and worked so hard to avoid certain formations that
it drove me nuts. Despite that, I continued my studies and
my search. Eventually I felt myself relaxing a little, but I still
wanted to know “the Truth,” “the formula,” “the answer.” I
knew deep in my heart these existed somewhere – if only I
could take one more class or meet the one master/teacher
that would open the doors for me.

that. I vowed to let the students search for their own paths
and find their own truths.
I went back to the corporate world and was grateful and
happy for a steady paycheck and less tempestuous finances.
But, of course, once a Seeker always a Seeker, right?
About two years ago, there was this gentleman named
Armando Resendiz who registered for my course. The moment I walked into the room there was something about
him that caught my attention. Gray hair, kind eyes, attentive listener, wide smile, hearty laugh. He was also a
teacher, a shaman, who worked with the healing power of
the elementals.
He too spoke of the battle between light and dark, of
listening to the unsaid, feeling with the heart and, most
importantly, hearing my Inner Guides.
This teacher who is now my friend always told me,
“Listen to what your Guides are telling you because they
see more than what we can see. They hear more than we
can hear. They have more knowledge than we could ever
know.” He has seen and listened to me in my despair and
gently called me on my arrogance, always saying the same
thing.
Never once wavering from those words, “Listen. Listen.
Listen to your Guides. Listen to your heart.”
One day, probably about a week ago, I literally heard
something break in the distance and it began the breaking
of “The Rules” for me. Somewhere in my thick skull and
hardened heart, the stirrings of wind and water are coming to life, breaking free from the dams of my narrow and
the
Journey
confining understanding.
I am beginning to feel what Feng Shui really means. Yes,
the literal translation is “Wind and Water.”
But Feng Shui is not found in the placement of furniture.
It is not in the dates and the times and the directions taken
with my compass. It is not in the formulas and the rules.
It is not even found in the sound and the numbers and the
colors, nor in the forms in the land or even in the heavenly
constellations.
It is found somewhere in this vast inner expanse that has
no words, no walls, no time. The flow of wind and water is
found in the deconstruction of buildings and the deconstruction of concepts.
It reminds me of this poem by Rumi:
“You are in love with me, I shall make you perplexed.Do
not build much, for I intend to have you in ruins. If you build
two hundred houses in a manner that the bees do; I shall
make you as homeless as a fly. If you are the mount Qaf in
stability. I shall make you whirl like a millstone.”
A wise man once told me, “One day you will throw your
compass away and you will enter a room and everything
you need will come to you. Because everything you need
is inside. You will be like the river that winds its way through
the Earth finding its own level.”
I see that day coming and I welcome it with joy.

Planetary Pathways
By Eva Starr
October: New Moon in Scorpio, Oct. 23, 5:57 p.m.; Full Moon in Aries, Oct. 8, 6:51 a.m.
November: New Moon in Sagittarius, Nov. 22, 7:32 a.m.; Full Moon in Taurus, Nov. 6, 5:23 p.m.
December: New Moon in Capricorn, Dec. 21, 8:36 p.m.; Full Moon in Gemini, Dec 6, 7:27 a.m.
Mercury Retrograde: Oct 4, 1:02 p.m./Direct: Oct 25, 3:17 p.m.
ARIES
Fall –You’ve got the Sun, Mercury and Venus lined
up opposite you in Libra at the starting gate this fall;
look into past-life issues … and don’t be surprised if you
meet someone from your past and feel a strong karmic
connection. Remember to take it easy out of the gate or
you’ll end up pulling up the rear. To win the race, take a
lesson from the hare: slow things down a bit … you don’t
always have to be in such a hurry.
TAURUS
Fall – Do you want to be right or do you want to be
happy? This time you can’t have both. It’s time to lay the
cards out on the table and let bygones be bygones. A little
forgiveness goes a long way, so let go of the stubborn
streak … with the full moon in Taurus in early November,
this might be the time to let it illuminate what’s been
hidden. Take a look at things in the light and with love
from your heart; you’ve got nothing to lose except that
red cape of anger.
GEMINI
Fall – What are you afraid of Twin? Geminis are usually the life of the party. The October Mercury retrograde
must be hitting you hard this time around. Get out that
cosmic vacuum cleaner and let archangels Michael and
Raphael clear all that fear-based energy away from you
and your surroundings and right into the universal dumpster where it belongs. You’ve got a full moon coming up in
Gemini in early December – just in time for the Holidays.
Any garbage left over will be brought to light now.
CANCER
Fall – It’s time for the Crab to come out of hiding and
get rid of that shell for a while. You’ve got Mars moving
into Capricorn – your opposite sign – in November, and
Venus moving into Capricorn in December. What does this
mean for you? Let that moonlight of yours shine bright
this Fall… Bring out that Goddess/God energy and your
magical and intuitive side for the world to see. Tap into
your creative side; call on the divine deities to help you.
Allow all aspects of yourself to be shown, inner child,
mother and matriarch.
Page 24
LEO
Fall – The biggest thing going on for the Lion this
year is Jupiter in your sign. It’s time to take inventory of
the jungle and release what no longer serves who you
are – or who you’re becoming. Take a look around your
throne; if it’s outdated, make room for newer stuff. When
in doubt, throw it out. That goes for your consciousness
too: When’s the last time you got behind that huge lion’s
mane and cleaned out the cobwebs of your mind? The
jungle and you will fare better for it.
VIRGO
Fall – You’re getting ready to harvest all those seeds
you planted in the garden last summer – literally and
metaphorically. It’s time to hit the books. I know you’re
typically not the bookworm type; you’d rather dig for
worms in the dirt. Venture out of your comfort zone and
try reading a little this fall. No one says you can’t read
about gardening, cooking, home improvements or nutrition… Who knows: Pick up a pen and try writing (maybe
create your own recipe?); you just might find a hidden
passion.
LIBRA
Fall – The Sun, Mercury and Venus are lined up in
Libra in October, but before you start to party, you need
to cut some ties loose. That’s right: Cut the cords to anything you feel is holding you down and draining you of
precious energy. Libra is all about peace and balance. Let
go of any fear-based attachments stemming from past
relationships and hurts. Once you’ve done that you’ve
cleared the way for the universal white light to enter your
crown chakra. Pay attention to your intuition and signs
from above.
SCORPIO
Fall – The Scorpion has some forgiveness work to
do. Pull the stinger back and give it a rest. The Sun
and Mercury have moved into your sign for most of
November, but before you can boogie down, search
your soul then do what needs to be done. If you look
deep enough, as only you can do, you’ll find what
I’m talking about. Once that is done, feel free to rock

around that Christmas tree for the holidays. Turn the
volume up, let those bells ring, deck the halls and dance
the night away.
SAGITTARIUS
Fall – The Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars land in
your forest this fall each taking a turn. Before you shoot
your arrow, Centaur, make sure your aim is aligned
with your integrity. You know what’s true for you; align
your spiritual values with your intentions and goals, and
you’ll come out a winner. Spread some of the holiday
cheer with those less fortunate; after all, Jupiter – your
ruling Planet – is in Leo, the sign of royalty. Roll out the
red carpet, invite the merry gentlemen and sing Joy to
the World.
CAPRICORN
Fall – You’ve been doing your affirmations and
it’s about to manifest. (You know things take time for
the Goat). Mercury & Venus are showing up at your
door so while you’re trimming the tree this holiday
season start thinking (Mercury) about love and money
(Venus). Also, this is a good time to come down that
mountain and take care of any remnants of healing
work that may need to be done regarding your parents – either here or above. Santa will be making a
stop at the Goat’s pasture, so light the way, bright
and clear.
the
Journey
AQUARIUS
Fall – Mars moves into Aquarius in December, so be
extra careful with any holiday over- indulgence. At this
time you may be a little more sensitive to chemicals,
additives and processed food – not to mention the energies around you. Imagine sending pure light to the Sacral
Chakra, eat more orange foods, and fill your space with
the bright color of the Sun, especially if it’s dismal outside.
No need to feel gloomy; get creative, you’ve got one of
the most inventive imaginations of the zodiac. Use it.
Start now. Don’t wait.
PISCES
Fall – There’s a lot of planetary releasing and letting
go going on and the Fish is no exception. Ask Archangel
Michael to help you in letting go of anything and everything that no longer serves who you are and/or your
life’s purpose. Life is meant to be lived doing what Spirit
meant for us to do; anything that falls into the fish pond
that doesn’t belong there needs to be netted out. You’re
one of the most sensitive signs of the Zodiac, you’ll know
if something isn’t right. It’ll suck the life out of you.

- As a child did you dislike going to church every
week? Could this be related to a past life where you were
harmed for your beliefs?
- Did you grow up being fascinated by studying military
history? Could this indicate that your soul archetype is about
strategy and implementing a plan as a type of warrior?
- Do you have an innate skill as a musician, artist,
or negotiator? Did you carry over these skills from one
or more past lives?
- Did a teacher in high school or college suggest that
you study medicine, engineering, or Asian Studies? Are
you being guided to follow experiences and knowledge
in past lives?
• Your passions disclose your life purpose or the intentions you set in motion in your pre-birth agreement:

- Do you love to understand particular subjects
deeply, never being tired of learning even more?
- Is caring for animals your deepest urge?
- Is caring for children, your own or those of others,
what you love the most?
- Is resolving conflict in your family, your personal
life, or where you work, what causes your greatest satisfaction?
- Is simply being a committed friend to others the
highlight of your day?
Many of my clients think their life purpose has to be
a magnanimous and highly obvious activity or job, such
as writing books, being a university professor, heading a
company, or something similar. Nothing could be farther
from the truth. What is most meaningful for you in life
is tied to your life intentions. For some of us our work is
our passion. For others of us our work is the way we pay
our bills, and our soul desires fulfill us without serving as
employment.
Particular agreements contained within your pre-birth
blueprint may be primarily for your soul evolution, or
primarily for the evolution of others, or could be balanced
for all parties. For instance, if you wonder why you were
born into a family where abuse happened? You may have
agreed to be the victim of abuse with the intent for your
parent/s to advance in learning how not to be.
Remember there is only one reason you are incarnate today. That is to evolve as a soul. As you evolve
you affect the greater and needed evolution of Humanity.
When you use intuition to decide how to move forward in
life today you are allowing your spiritual guides to direct
your life journey.
I invite you to read TES, as well as my first book,
Bringing Your Soul to Light. Both books include numerous
soul regression accounts. You’ll learn more about soul
archetypes, soul ascension, spiritual guides, ET lives,
split incarnations and much more.
Honor yourself at the core level of your soul. Know
that you are here with purpose.
