Unknown film a hit
TV2 IS LAUNCHING a
new sports channel at the start
of next year that will include
Danish handball, rugby finals,
football, the Olympics, Danish ice hockey and cycling. The
channel will replace TV2 Film,
which the broadcaster is cutting due to competition from
other specialist film channels.
SIX PEOPLE have been
charged with match-fixing in
two of Hvidovre IF’s secondtier games four years ago,
against Vejle Boldklub and
FC Hjørring. The six allegedly earned 900,000 kroner,
while it is believed a Filipino
organisation wagered 2-3 million kroner. The court case will
begin on December 19.
