DONATIONS:
Proceeds from this event will help support The
Breast Center at Floyd and fund mammography
scholarships for women and men who cannot
afford an annual mammogram. Teams are
encouraged to develop their own fundraising
projects to make this event even more successful.
Teams raising the most money will be recognized
at The Big Pink Finish.

COURSE:
• The Paper Doll Parade is a one-mile,
costume-optional walk through downtown Rome.
Participants are encouraged to form a team of six
or more members and dress in pink and green
costumes. Every team registration funds one
mammography scholarship.
• The Three Rivers Run is a 5K race on Rome’s
Kingfisher Trail. Runners are encouraged to
dress in pink or green as well to support breast
health awareness.

Acknowledgement, General Release and Waiver (‘Waiver”): I hereby acknowledge that participating in this event is a
potentially hazardous activity and that I should not walk or run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to
abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the walk or race. I assume all risks associated
with running in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather,
including heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.
Having read this Waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I hereby waive and
release Floyd Healthcare Foundation, Floyd Medical Center and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all
claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of
negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this Waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use
any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other recording made of me during or in connection with the race.
