Executive Director, 632-0409 10-10-14 Operation Back to School a success: selfless locals step up The 24th annual Operation Back to School (OBTS) supply drive has proven to be a success. A coalition consisting of representatives from Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power, F.E. Warren Air Force Base Education Center Embry Riddle University Office, Laramie County Community College and Laramie County School District 1 combined their efforts to make this happen.
