ARP-HANSEN HOTEL GROUP’S NEW
WAKEUP HOTEL IN COPENHAGEN BECOMES
EVEN BIGGER THAN FIRST PLANNED!
Construction of the Arp-Hansen Hotel Group’s new Wakeup Hotel at Borgergade 9-11 is in full swing. Everything is going to plan, and
the opening is scheduled for summer 2014. The hotel, which was originally planned to contain 341 rooms in the new building, is now set to
become even bigger as the Group has managed to acquire the neighbouring property, Borgergade 13.
Wakeup Copenhagen Borgergade will now have a total of 498 rooms, the last 157 of which are expected to be ready in autumn 2014.
The entire project is being carried out in collaboration with architect Kim Utzon.

In short, Wakeup Copenhagen in Borgergade will be built to the same concept and high standards as at the Wakeup Hotel by the Congress
Center. Low prices, trendy design, central location. With the Arp-Hansen Hotel Group’s philosophy, it is our goal with this new hotel,
