PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
JAX Chain Drive Pin & Bushing Lube is a premium product
compounded for severe industrial applications, including
high loads and conditions that can cause premature wear
and failure to heavily loaded industrial chains. JAX Chain
Drive Pin & Bushing Lube provides excellent Extreme
Pressure (EP) performance and shock-loading protection for
a variety of heavily loaded chain and conveyor operations.
In addition, the unique base stock selection ensures
lubricant migration to critical friction points, providing
superior lubricating performance in pins, bushings and roller
applications.
JAX Chain Drive Pin & Bushing Lube utilizes a robust
corrosion inhibitor package to eliminate corrosion and rust
associated with the challenging environments typically
encountered in various chain and conveyor operations.
• Non-Tacky Performance—Conventional chain oils utilize
tackifying agents that have a tendency to pick up dust, dirt
or process materials which can form abrasive compounds
that block critical lubricant pathways, accelerate wear
and reduce chain life. JAX Chain Drive Pin & Bushing
Lube penetrates, leaving outer surfaces comparatively
dry and resulting in a film of lubricant with no signs of
scuffing, scoring or flaking on the load-carrying surfaces.
APPLICATIONS
Jax Chain Drive Pin & Bushing Lube is recommended for
use on heavily loaded, slow moving chains and conveyors
with a significant sliding frictional component. Additionally,
JAX Chain Drive Pin & Bushing Lube is recommended for
engineered chains where lubrication of the pin and bushing
assemblies is critical to performance and extending chain life.
JAX Chain Drive Pin & Bushing Lube meets NSF
H2 requirements for use in food and beverage plant
environments.

that the system be thoroughly drained and, if
warranted, cleaned prior to installation.

oils. Thorough flushing prior to changeover is required.
