2015 Family Camps Rates and Registration Information YMCA CAMP TOCKWOGH FAMILY CAMP REGISTRATION Program dates: Memorial Day 5/22-5/25 Summers End 8/16-8/23 $200 deposit required (per program) and is due upon registration. The deposit will be applied to the total fee and is non-refundable. We will not hold a space without a deposit. The balance of the camp fee is due 10 days prior to the start of the program and is non-refundable after that date. Due to the popularity of these programs it is important to send in your registration as soon as possible. Family Camp Housing Information We do our best to match families to their first choice housing, however preferred housing is not guaranteed. In most cases, returning families have priority to their historic housing assignment, provided they still meet the minimum occupancy and return their registration with deposit prior to January 23rd. All registrations received after January 23rd will be placed in housing on a first come, first served basis. Families may choose to share housing with another family in order to meet a minimum occupancy or just for fun. Housing assignments will be announced in a subsequent email closer to the Family Camp. At this time, you will also receive a Program Guide that details all specifics about the program. Please notify Tockwogh of any additional people you plan to bring at least two weeks before the camp. FAMILY CAMP RATES Fees are per person and all-inclusive. This includes all activities, meals, and Family camp T-shirts. “Cabin” rates are for rustic cabins in Iroquois, Algonquin, Sioux, Cherokee, Ute, and Chickasaw Villages. “C, SL, T, CC” rates are for the Cottages, Stewart Lodge, Tickwogh and the Conference Center these have an additional fee. All days are counted as whole days regardless of when you arrive on that day.
