Augustine School Shire Fest Saturday, October 25, 2014 Augustine School students study Classic literature and learn about the characteristics and qualities of what it means to be a person of noble character. The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien dramatize and exemplify human nature at its best and at its worst. Our desire at Augustine School is to cultivate the highest and the best in our students. This event was created to give the Jackson community a glimpse into the culture of The Lord of the Rings and a taste of what we are trying to do in the lives of our young people at Augustine! We hope you will join us at the Shire Fest where you can enjoy the crea‐ tivity of our guest vendors and participate in the challenges of our Hobstacle Course and/or 5K Hobbit Run.
