Rubies Women's Ministry will be starting up on October 14, 6:45-8:45pm, at our Chelsea building. CORE Meeting • Tuesday, Oct 21 • 7pm This is a time for those who consider the Quarry their church, regardless if you’ve been around for 2 weeks or 12 years, to come together for inspiration, fun, community, training and prayer. This time is critical as we seek to achieve our mission. So don’t miss out! We need each other. As usual, our CORE event is "a party disguised as a meeting" so come early for appetizers and great fellowship. Join us at Timber Bay Camp & Retreat Center. Transportation is provided! We leave from the church office at 7:30am, and return by 7pm. All proceeds go directly to the Monticello Timber Bay. Family Promise Training • Tuesday, Nov 18 • 6:30pm We are a "help church" for this local ministry serving homeless families to help them find permanent employment and homes. We need volunteers the weeks of Oct 12-19 & Nov 23-30. Before volunteering, you need to come to a short training at Resurrection Lutheran, the next is November 18. We are looking for help in our office during business hours. It's a 2-4 hour/wk commitment. All that's required is a pleasant demeanor and willingness to learn the ropes.
