meaningful. We have a passion for the arts - so music, drama and
media are a big part of how we communicate. We connect,
serve, and grow in small groups and ministry teams that offer
authentic relationships within a larger community of faith.

Bedrock Kids Ministry (Birth - 5th grade) Parents must sign children
into their classrooms before the service starts and pick them up
there after the service. Please see the Bedrock Table Hosts for
more information and to register your child. Diaper changing &
nursing areas are available in the nursery.

Communion All followers of Jesus Christ are welcome to participate
by coming forward when you feel comfortable. There is no pressure to
participate, feel free to remain in your seat and enjoy the music and
time for reflection.
Benevolence Offering Is a monthly offering above and beyond your
tithe, collected to help those in our congregation and community with
urgent needs. Please drop your offering at the exit.
Quarry Gear We've had requests for purchases of some cool, new
Q stuff. The Quarry travel mugs are $5 and the "Here for Good" longsleeve tees are $15. These are available at the Information table. Mugs
are free to all first-time guests and those who bring them!
CORE Meeting • Tuesday, Nov 18 • 7pm
Jesus prayed that his Church would be united. Now, maybe more than
ever, the Quarry needs to live out that prayer. CORE is for those who
consider the Quarry their church, regardless if you’ve been around for
2 weeks or 12 years, to come together for inspiration, fun, information
and prayer. This time is critical as we seek to achieve our mission
together. So don’t miss out! We need each other. As usual, our CORE
event is "a party disguised as a meeting" so come early for appetizers and
great fellowship. Childcare provided.
6:30-7pm (apps & hang out): optional, but tasty, and an absolute blast!
7-8:30pm (training & prayer): Critical – do not miss this!
MEN'S ACTIVITY GROUP • Saturday, Nov 22 • 2pm
The group is designed so that guys can get together with other guys
once per month to have some fellowship and do some guy stuff. The
activities are open to all men ages 14 & up, so please feel free to invite
others! Our next activity is basketball and we will be playing right here
in the gym from 2-3:30pm. The cost of this activity will be $5 to help pay
for the cost of renting the gym. If you have any questions feel free to

SERVING OPPORTUNITIES
Baptism INTEREST MEETING with Lunch • 12:15pm
Is this your time? Join us for lunch today, 12:15-1:15pm, at the Quarry
Office & Ministry Center for our Baptism Interest Meeting. Come
gather information, get your questions answered and receive help
determining the next step on your Kingdom adventure. Baptism will be
during services on Sunday, November 30.
Serving opportunity for the entire family • Nov 23-30
Family Promise families will be staying at Resurrection Church that
week and volunteers are needed, especially all day Thanksgiving and
the Friday afterward. Access groups, individuals and families are all
welcome. You will need basic training, so contact Karen Adamski to
learn more at: [email protected].
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Operation Christmas Child Boxes • Due Next Sunday, Nov 16
Fill a shoebox and return by next Sunday, Nov 16th. If you aren't able to
pack a shoebox, you can still help by donating the $7 shipping cost to
cover other boxes. Drop unwrapped shoeboxes or cash donations at the
Christmas tree in the commons or bring to the office during the week.
If you’re having one of those days… Whatever challenges you’re
facing, we are happy to pray with you following the service, or
you can write your prayer requests on the communication card
and drop it in the basket at the exit. You can also send a request
directly to the Prayer Team anytime from our website. Or, call the
office to leave a request or join the email prayer team.
Rubies • Tuesday, November 11 • 6:45pm
Ladies, be sure to reserve the 2nd Tuesday of each month for some
inspiration and fellowship! Join us on November 11, 6:45-8:45pm, at
our Chelsea building. Come and watch an inspiring video, share in
discussion and prayer groups, and be connected with other women.
This session's video is, "From Disappointment to Hope". Come and be
blessed, and take the blessing home!
