Ped-O-Pull - From Classic to Contemporary (WS) with Kathy Corey
We live in a lopsided world. The way we carry our bags, our babies and our briefcases creates a

Ped-o-pull to address these imbalances. This simple and inexpensive original piece adds value to every

movement patterns can be extremely effective not only to re-balance the body and thereby avoiding
potential injuries, but also to improve sport and activity performances. In this workshop, we will cover
unilateral movement sequences that will address some of your clients’ imbalances.
