A cardiovascular workout utilizing specialized stationary bikes, participants choose their resistance while riding to exhilarating music! In this class you will burn calories! Climb, sprint, and jump your workout to the next level. Make sure to bring a reusable water bottle! CYCLE AND CORE A 45 minute class that combines a cardio cycling workout and strength training for your core. It’s 35 minutes of high intensity cycling followed by 10 minutes of core exercises targeting the upper, lower, and side abdominals as well as the lower back. KETTLEBELLS This class utilizes kettlebells combined with free weights and interval training for a total body workout. AND MORE KICKBOXING An intense workout with controlled jabs, punches, kicks, and combinations. Participants will be challenged and inspired to discover the endless energy and power of simple, yet precise kickboxing techniques. (Maximum 45 participants) KICKLATES This class combines the toning, shaping and flexibility benefits of Pilates with the cardiovascular and fat loss benefits of kickboxing. LES MILLS™ The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing BODYPUMP™ on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. The cutting-­‐edge BODYPUMP™ choreography and chart-­‐topping music is refreshed every three months, so with your choice of weight and highly-­‐trained instructors you can get the group effect and the results you've been looking for! Available in 30-­‐minute lunch classes or traditional 60-­‐minute classes. (Maximum 20 participants) LIFT Group weight training designed specifically for retired (or those nearing retirement) UCO faculty and staff. With a focus on improving one’s ability to perform daily activities, this class also includes balance and flexibility training. A chair may be used for seated or standing support. MOBILITY This 30 minute class will take you through a series of movements to improve range of motion and soreness. With foam rolling, lacrosse balls, band stretching, and body weight stretches your muscles will feel rejuvenated and more flexible. SUNRISE YOGA A small simple flow to help wake up and open the body. Once the body is warmed up, the flow will then transform into a more static and gentle Hatha practice concentrating on posture and breathe to helps improve flexibility, balance, focus and relaxation. X-­‐TRAINING Ready to challenge your workouts with high intensity, powerful movements at faster tempos? This class CENTRAL has interval sets combining TRX®, strength training, weight training, plyometric and cardio drills. Guaranteed to keep your heart rate pumping and burning mega calories while you're engaged in intense body conditioning. For All levels. YOGA FLOW A continuous, flowing sequence of poses, linked together by breath. This class helps to improve your strength, flexibility, and stamina. (Maximum 12 participants) YOGA/PILATES A combination of principles from yoga and Pilates, a great mind/body class for people of all fitness levels. This class focuses on flexibility, core stability and strength, as well as relaxation techniques. ZUMBA® Fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat!
