eport to The Community 2012 – 2013 FOUNDED
1961
Dear Friends:
On behalf of the Central Carolina Community College Foundation, please accept my gratitude
for your generosity throughout the past year. All of your gifts directly impact the college and its
mission to empower people through education and training.
When you make an investment in CCCC through a financial gift, you are supporting the mission
of the college and making a difference in the lives of the students we educate. The gift allows
students from our service area, who may be unable to afford higher education, the opportunity
to attend CCCC and gain a valuable education that will impact their lives.
George Lucier
Letter from the
Board President
Notable highlights from the 2012 – 2013 fiscal year include: the Foundation’s annual Scholarship
Banquet and Sweet Celebration Donor Recognition event, the successful 23rd Annual Golf
Classic, the Second Annual Rabbit Run 5K, and a high-spirited Christmas Tree Lighting.
Your contributions and investments to the CCCC Foundation enabled the college to provide
educational and training experiences to our many students over the past year. During this time
of continuing budget cuts, your contributions have truly made an impact in the college’s ability
to meet the needs of our students.
Again, thank you for investing in Central Carolina Community College.
CCCC’s commitment to our students is our number one priority.
Your support is vital in enhancing the college, our students,
and the communities we serve.
Sincerely,
George Lucier
