TERMS & CONDITIONS:
•
The buyer upon signing the unit reservation agreement shall make the first down payment in favor of 'Hifadhi Builders
Limited'.
•
This reservation / booking amount will form part of the down payment and the buyer shall pay the balance amount within 90
days from the date of signing this reservation agreement. The buyer shall make a payment to the developer as per the payment
plan. Failure to comply with this by the buyer shall force the seller/ developer to cancel the reservation agreement and the
booking amount shall be forfeited.
•
The buyer cannot assign or transfer this reservation to any other party.
•
The reservation form shall be followed by sale purchase agreement issued by developer within 120 days from the date of
signing this reservation agreement.
•
The buyer undertakes to adhere to the payment plan described in the reservation agreement.
•
The booking reservation amount is non-refundable. Unit areas are net including balconies and do not include the unit's share
of passages and common areas unit areas are based on existing regulations and could change, slightly

The buyer warrants that the documents and information provided in this registration form are correct and authentic.

The buyer shall be liable to pay property registration/ pre-registration fees as applicable at Kigamboni lands department.

The buyer shall be liable to pay maintenance charges of the units from the day of handover as charged by developer.
•
The buyer undertakes to sign and comply with the owners association rules and regulation and shall adhere to all the regulation
as prescribed by owners association from time to time.
•
The buyer shall comply with the terms and conditions as applicable to units in this project and / or as notified by the developer
from time to time.
•
The reservation agreement is a legal binding on buyer and that is no way subject to or depends upon buyer's capability to
obtain a mortgage, loan or finance. Buyers' failure to honor commitment under this reservation, the monies paid by buyer
shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
•
Registration charges for the title deed as per the charges applicable at the time of registration of the unit with land department
or other statutory body shall be borne by the buyer.
