THE REGISTRAR of the International Criminal Court (the “Court”);
NOTING the hearings of 29 September to 2 October 2014 held in the presence of the
Prosecution, the Office of Public Counsel for Victims (“OPCV”) and the Defence for
Mr. Blé Goudé (the “Confirmation of Charges hearings”)1;
NOTING Rule 121(10) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence (“RPE”); Regulation
23bis of the Regulations of the Court (“ROC”) and Regulation 29 of the Regulations of
the Registry (“RoR”);
CONSIDERING that during the Confirmation of Charges hearings, the parties
presented material thus far not part of the record of the proceedings;
CONSIDERING that during the hearing of 1 October 2014, the Presiding Judge
instructed the Registry to file the parties’ presentations into the record of the case;2
SUBMITS respectfully the present document as public with 12 public annexes and 8
confidential annexes;
