All welcome. This is a fantastic wellbeing opportunity for promoting mental and physical wellbeing, including help deal with stress, physical balance and regulating blood pressure. This is an ancient Chinese exercise system that involves coordinating slow gentle movement with your breathing. Saying this, you know you have done a total work out by the end of the hour. Every Wednesday at 7-8pm in the Cherwell North Site Hall Key Stage 4 Library is OPEN! Situated in L1 and L2, the library is open from 8.00am until registration, break time, lunch time and after school. Come and read a book or magazine or catch up on some homework.
