These classes work on your muscles to improve
fitness & appearance. This will also help improve
your body composition, blood glucose levels and
athletic performance. Good muscular fitness will
also reduce your risk of musculoskeletal problems.
These classes concentrate on developing good
posture and muscular control to improve appearance
and function. They are delivered at a lower level
intensity and will also give you time to relax,
de-stress and restore your energy levels.
BODYPUMP - The original structured weighted workout,
with the motivation of music and easily adjustable
weights. This is a challenging and effective workout
for all the major muscle groups.
Yoga - This traditional eastern discipline combines
strength and flexibility through a series of movements
linked with a focus on breathing. Different yoga
disciplines vary in their speed and intensity but all
help develop a sense of inner wellbeing and calm.
CXWORX - Formulated with a carefully structured,
scientific approach and unforgiving intensity, CXWORX
will tighten and tone the abs and glutes, improve
functional strength and assist in injury prevention
like nothing else.
All Over Body Workout - An allover body conditioning
workout that targets all those trouble areas and more.

Express Kettlebells - A short, dynamic and exciting
class class designed to improve functional fitness, power
and strength using weighted kettlebells. Express Abs - A short class dedicated to toning and
strengthening the muscles in the abdominal and lower
back area for a firmer body and better posture
Express x cube circuit - 1 min exercise 15 sec rest on
stations using the x cube.
Express Box Fit - A 30 minute Pad work session,
focusing on boxing drills to tone the Arms and Torso.
Themed
Classes that add variety and interest – such as
dance styles and martial arts.
Zumba - A fusion of Latin and International music
that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective
fitness system. Come join the party!
Ballet Fit - A combination of classical ballet, Pilates
and Contemporary dance. Fusing together for
ultimate slow passed toning class.
Khai Bo - A non contract aerobic workout
incorporating the dynamic punching and kicking
of Martial Arts with Western Boxing. Khai-Bo
movements are very easy to follow and are
choreographed to music. This workout is innovative,
fun and suitable for all level.
Belly Dancing - Slide, sway, shimmy and sweat in
this core-intensive, creative and fun introduction to
Belly Dance! This class is designed to build strength,
balance, flexibility, endurance, muscular control and
whole body awareness while breaking down basic
belly dance movements, drills, shimmies, percussive
hip work, core strengthening exercises and dance
combinations. Belly Dancing is appropriate for all
levels of students from beginner to professional.
