Rules and Conditions of Entry: 1. No claim can be entertained by the organisers for any injury, loss or damage caused to, or suffered by, any horse, pony, competitor, onlooker, attendant or other person, vehicle or any property in connection with, or arising from these trials, whether or not the said injury, loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the organisers, their servants or agents. 2. It is a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from any such incident. 3. In all classes the fastest clear round(s) or those closest to the optimum time will take precedence over those with jumping penalties. 4. Any fall of horse and/or rider will result in elimination and riders must leave the course on foot leading their horse/pony. 5. All horses and ponies must be 4 years or over. 6. Hats conforming to PAS 015, EN 1384 or BSEN 1384 must be worn at all times whilst mounted. Body protectors must be worn for the cross country. 7. In the event of entry fees being returnable an administration fee of £10 per horse will be retained. No entry fee will be refunded except on the production of a medical or veterinary certificate. 8. The organisers reserve the right to alter the order of classes and to retain a £10 per entry in case of cancellation. They also reserve the right to refuse any entry without giving a reason and to divide or alter classes as necessary. 9. The organisers’ decision is final on all matters arising. 10. Objections must be made in writing within 10 minutes of the class in question being completed, and handed into the secretary with a deposit of £50 which in the event of the objection being upheld will be refunded. 11. All dogs must be kept on a lead and under proper control at all times. 12. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason for doing so. The organisers reserve the right to cancel, amalgamate or change any classes in the above schedule. 13. No boxes or trailers to be mucked out whilst on the showground, please take all your litter home with you. 14. Heath & Safety – The organiser(s) has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials & stewards.
