October for God’s Storehouse. We will be collecting any change you can spare for this worthy

10 While Jesus was having dinner at
Matthew's house, many tax collectors
and "sinners" came and ate with him and
his disciples.
Name(s)
11 When the Pharisees saw this, they
asked his disciples, "Why does your
teacher eat with tax collectors and
`sinners'?"
Name(s) & Ages of Children
12 On hearing this, Jesus said, "It is not
the healthy who need a doctor, but the
sick.
13 But go and learn what this means: `I
desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have
not come to call the righteous, but
sinners."

FAMILY MINISTRY MINUTE
2 Corinthians 10:3 says, "We demolish
arguments and every pretension that
sets itself up against the knowledge of
God, and we take captive every thought
to make it obedient to Christ." This is
part of a section of scripture which
speaks about the reality of spiritual
warfare and the battle we must wage in
our minds against evil. No Christian or
family is healthy unless we fight this
battle well.
